What were you expecting exactly? They're not professionally mass produced in some factory in China, they're made by some lonely otaku in their garage. Some of the bigger names have fancier boxes, like the one I got from Sayori Koubou, but yeah, 99% of the ones that even come in boxes just come in basic boxes with a sticker on it, and maybe print of a promo picture glued to it. Some just come in a fucking zip-loc bag, so you should be happy with your box.

They're pretty easy, I just end up trying to find the correct sprue because they're scattered every where due to my desk not being able to hold them all.

They sell racks and stickers that help with that. You also print your own in either case.

Like picrel? The big issue is shifting through the plastic mountains, so sorting them with the rack would probably be great, though if they're already in the racks I don't see much of a use for stickers.

You can 3D print a rack or you can buy a dish rack and use that instead. I use pic related but I was considering 3D printing one that I saw looked decent.
