I tried Makeine for the first time yesterday. Episode 1 was great, Anna has a really charming personality and dynamic with the MC, it just made me felt good. Episode 2 focused more on Lemon, and I was expecting them to do great things with her character.
Nope, instead we have a weird cliché scene where they're locked up somewhere and she gets a heatstroke, which completely overwrites her personality, and she turns into a weird horny retarded person. They do nothing with this scene, and to add insult to injury, she then forgets that any of this even happened. It's like they switched out her mind with a horny-bot for a few minutes to appease the fans, and then the anime continued as normal.
Was seriously considering dropping it there, but the anime went back to being normal and cute. I seriously think I'm getting too old for all this fanservice shit.
