Both of them suck for different reasons - Sakura has more involvement in the plot, but she completely sucks as a character; Nobara it's a good character, but a terrible main cast member since there is little to nothing for her to do, she's basically a secondary character in the story.
And shitposting aside Uraraka has always been the better of the three imo, she is way more involved in the story than Nobara, and personally i don't think her crush on Deku ruins her character the same way it does for Sakura since she has other stuff going on.
