Denji's plan will be something half-assed: half of it will make sense whereas the other hand will be retarded. Here's what I think his plan will amount to in essence:

1) Turning Pochita back into his human form by creating a new family. This is the sound and logical part of his plan. He'll ask Asa to be his new family. It will not work for some reason, either she rejects or someone else stops it. If Pochita turns human, then the body can no longer erase concepts by eating devils. Hence Aging's plan of erasure fails.

2) Aging however has no reason to let them out, he'd just leave them inside forever. This is where the moronic aspect of Denji's plan comes into play. He might think that cannibalizing Asa or himself will cause them to teleport in the real world because he's that dumb, same as his fans. This could never work but he might think this is how it works. He tries to cannibalize Asa and someone has to save her.

Basically it's always half-logic/half-stupidity with Denji. This time will be no different.

For this theory to work, we assume Yoshida is the man who escaped the Aging World and is seeking revenge. A significant part of his character is his lack of understanding of normal life. He tried to force it on Denji without truly grasping it, and we saw him panic at the idea of Denji throwing it away and endangering Nayuta’s life.
This would make his death a fitting conclusion. He sacrifices himself not only for revenge but also to give the children a chance at the normal life he never had (likely due to an abnormal childhood, which would explain his skills at a young age).
It would be a perfect death—one of the few where the character doesn’t die for or because of Denji. Savor it, because he might be the last one; the rest of the cast is so focused on Denji that they lack personal arcs.
Some people said Part 1 was a perfect ending and a good stopping point for Chainsaw Man. For me, this would be the same. Yoshida is the glue holding the story together for me, and I have no interest in Denji’s sex adventures. If this theory doesn’t happen, it’s either because Fujimoto wants to use Yoshida to milk the fujo audience or he killed him off because he dislikes the fact that he doesn't understand Yoshida’s popularity.
