All of those have better worldbuilding, characters, mysteries, that result in better payoff than anything in One Piece and are far more internally consistent as well.
One Piece's worldbuilding(it's supposed highest strength) makes no sense the moment you realize important details like Devil Fruits, the bounties of the world's strongest pirates etc. are treated as a big surprise to the members inside the marine organization, despite everybody and their mother getting forcefed the news of this detail by a fucking chicken, which even reaches shit like Luffy's bum home island.
Any failure to nail emotional moments or inserting inappropriate comedy in the latter half of the story is excused by readers as not being "edgy" in a desperate attempt to hide Oda's shortcomings as a writer.
Not even mentioning the ambitious arc the HxH or Magi have made or FMA's tightly-knit narrative and characters even something like Nardo managed to have a more satisfying conclusion to it's most hyped up moment, even if written sloppily.

I haven't read too far into OP at all, but I have tried reading it a couple times and I'll explain here why I wasn't really a fan.
Luffy is boring. His power is also fairly boring. I don't like how climactic fights are often fought by Luffy, because I think that takes away from the character who was introduced in that arc and should be the star. I don't want to see Luffy beat up every single person that is a dick to the new character. I would like to see that character showcase their own strength and get their own catharsis. Luffy's ability could have some potential to be interesting, but I feel it's not used in interesting ways. I know every fight is going to be him stretching his arms and punching the bad guy. Usually the bad guys have more interesting abilities, and it's disappointing to see them merely get punched to death every time, as it requires little imagination. I've heard that Luffy does get more powers as the story progresses, but these seem more like asspulls. Perhaps I've been spoiled by anime like Jojo, HxH, or FMA, which I felt all had way more thought-provoking fights.
And while Luffy is the main culprit, I find a lot of the main characters to be uninteresting as well. And when you're thinking of a series that has been going for decades, imagining that you are going to follow the same boring characters for decades is a hard sell. Even if you like some of the characters, as the crew expands, the ones you might like will naturally get less attention. The entire cast becomes inflated, and I have to ask, when people are happy to see a character they liked again many chapters later, how did they feel about all the time they were gone? Did they keep going in the hopes that they would see them again? I feel a lot of my time reading the manga was spent hoping things would get better. Maybe it isn't for me then. But for me, I guess I would say the main flaws are a very boring protagonist and fights that are often uninteresting and take too long to resolve.

MHA went bad years and years before it ended. One Piece has only grown in praise and reception. So no fall off. Despite what disingenuous pre timeskip fags attempt to spout. Which by the way, those fags are not fans of One Piece who say that shit.

He is self-sacrificing because every time he puts himself on the line, others will be won over and do the same for him. No sacrifice of his is ever in vain. It takes any feeling of true risk out of the story; Luffy never actually puts anything on the line so conflicts involving him seem to lack stakes. In the end, he only wins because he's physically stronger and people like him more.
