I mean, at this point only thing that would save the manga is MC punching his EX once he figures that something is obviously wrong and deduce thtat, apparently, all of his relationship issues were caused by her, not to mention whole 'ethics of brainwashing' aspect, but you cant expect that from NTR writers.

If you are the female lead you basically for a while had real strong romantic feelings(to you at least) for the teacher and completely ignored your supposed love, and for the male lead he has already seen his love outright ignore him and be totally infatuated with someone else right in front of him.
Like this shit is not something you just forget, this has deep long lasting psychological damage, how does the female lead not suddenly starts doubting her own feelings from that point on? How does the the dude not see her with disgust or at least have that image of her being basically wet for the teacher always in the back of his mind lingering every time he even talks to her.
I swear this type of shit the writers never seem to consider, how frail people's perception of others can be, I know is memed but the whole ICK is real and once it happens people don't suddenly forget, it becomes an involuntary physical reaction.

I want to have an expectations subverted and have it so that the mind control doesn't get reversed for years, the manga jnstead have a time skip and when it finally happens the chick has already been married to the teacher and living with him maybe with a kid. She of course quickly realizes that she didn't really loved the teacher, at least at first, but is now confused and scared trying to continue having that life with him and figure out her true feelings.

To be honest, it was obvious that she is incompetent as hell. Author would try to pull her up now by using her as a way for MC to get a grip.

Think about it, she would also have to consider whatever she even loves her own kids. I mean, I'm sure there might be some biological factors at play but surely it's mostly a mental aspect, and when she didn't have any actual love when conceiving them and was rather a passenger in her own body at best or even worse memories she didn't really have, would she even love them?
In her mind she would most likely just wakes up from a dream all of the sudden, and realizes she has lost at least ten years of her life.
It's like amnesia but worse.
