The game goes up to the Throne arc doesn't it? I don't think this is all of it. I'm definitely not the authority on it but from my understanding the God of Time is definitely in this game. I know about the routes with neutral, justice, and devil but this is the first time I'm hearing about endings.

Terryman never loses, he hasn't lost a 1v1 since Kinkotsuman shot his leg and he had to cheat to stand a chance against JOBin Mask. Motorman fight didn't count because Zebra accepted a switch with Ramenman.
The A-Listers losing is the reason the Time Choujin are the first somewhat threatening faction in more than a hundred 100 chapters.

From what I read on twitter, it seems they do question the decision a fair bit, mainly that Pessimiman's character feels too similar to Warsman to lose/get redeemed by someone else. Having him lost to Robin would also ruin Warsman's whole surpassing his teacher sideplot

Some series had a small resurgence after getting storytimed but faded away eventually, and to be fair for understandable reasons. But I hope this one keeps the interest in the story going because of how fun it was.

Dragon Ball fans often complain about how GT and Super were "the Goku show" and Goku does everything, but the Kinnikuman revival is the oppposite, Kinnikuman rarely fights (487 chapters in, and he's just having his 5th fight)
Good choice to let other characters shine, or bad choice because he doesn't feel like the protag most of the time?
I can appreciate them saving him for significant fights, it's better than Nisei where everyone besides Mantaro and Kevin just got bodied and had to wait for Mantaro to save them.
Suguru is much more suited to being a side character who goofs around but gets serious when it counts. It also gives a lot more of the cooler side characters screentime too. I think the revival strikes a decent balance with him being in the spotlight.
Most of the series's plot still revolves around his friendship power and how choujin who interact him became stronger and better men from it, so I think it's fine he's treated as a legend with few fights, with the side characters receiving growth alongside him
I feel like this is the result of Suguru more or less having finalized his character growth whereas others around him still require development so they naturally get more fights.
There are still too many A-listers waiting their turn. At least Ramenman, The One's group, the other 2 Omegas and Ataru's lads are out and about
The issue I see a lot of them running into against Time Choujin is that Time Choujin are pure villainous assholes whose motivations haven't been revealed outside of their devotion to the God of Time so it's hard to get to Burning Inner Strength level 3 against them since they're enigmatic and evil.
What are their deep motivations?

If there was a reason to doubt their supposed origins, it would be the Fanatic. His existence makes me think there might be more to their creation than we think.

Aside of his coward running gag which has been getting old for dozens of volume, he's one of the better utilized elements of the Revival desu
Directly he plays a much less active role but he's still the central element of the story
Him having a fight with more personal stakes while other characters handle the big honchos is a nice compromise and it also helps the secondary cast feel more dynamic
I hate Warsman's gimmick of the bear claws. I love when he fights smart. So I really enjoyed his way of fighting Polarman and his use of the Kinniku Buster against Onyxman.
I can't even recall that. The only other times I remember him donning the mask were when he confronts Warsman right at the start of their match and when he is at the coronation right before the Throne arc. I remember hearing that it usually only pops when he gets serious or his royal blood is being tested(?) but I just don't know. I mean Nemesis is a new character and he manages to use it more than Suguru.
anyone that read Nisei before Revival is glad that that was the direction that Yudetamago chose. I never understood why they thought it would be a good idea to make everyone except Mantaro and Kevin worthless when all main justice choujin except Wolfman had a moment to shine in the classic series.
his story is mostly over since he became the King so its fair he's a central character but not the main fighter like in the og series, its good to see him still fight this way since he's the most reliable to get a win when he's fighting

What I want to see is a fight with both parties going full burning inner strength level 3 against each other, thus invalidating any sort of power gap and relying purely on skill and stubbornness. It's why I hope the last arc is yet another choujin olympics so Justice Choujin can show each other how grateful they all are for their friendships and rivalries by beating each other black and blue with friendship power. I can imagine some fun potential matches like Brocken wanting to show Ramenman how much he's grown by beating him or Buffaloman recognizing how vital his friendship with Kinnikuman has been to him and showing him his gratitude for always being supportive of him even when he's been shamefully jumping from faction to faction.
