So was Zetsu her third aborted child turned into a karma?

take a shower

I think it's just a shinjutsu that manifested her will in the form of a chakra construct, like a tailed beast, even if with different qualities.

Can't be. Shinjutsu as a concept wasn't yet in the manga at the time. Ikemoto just started ripping off Halo like that's his full time job in Boruto.

That's what you think.

This plot point was so retarded there's not even a point in speculating on it.

Possibly. Chuuzetsu is the Japanese word for abortion btw.
If it was really possible to just wizard up a living piece of your will with Ootsutsuki BS, then it should've worked when Madara tried it, and it seems strange that no other Ootsutsuki did so for a free minion they can just reabsorb whenever.

Wow lol

These aren't the acronyms for the videogames. Btw

We know he started as a baby. So Kaguya was pregnant of a third child when she was sealed?

That doesn't mean I can't try to make sense of it. By now they have probably comed up with a reasonable explanation. Or maybe the aborted child theory is the original reason. That would make Hagoromo responsible for what he did to his third brother.

Banging one of her followers seems pretty in-character all things considered.

yin and yang release shenanigan

She seems to be horny for human cock.

Perhaps Isshiki had a reason to be mad.

That's what Madara thought, but he was wrong. Perhaps he was missing an "ingredient" when he tried that jutsu.

How the fuck did Madada fail to fact check if Zetsu was his creation? How dumb was he in reality?

He was the main character.

Dumb enough for some sub-Hidan black goo to catch him by surprise, stab him in the back and turn him into his mom.

dude the supernatural thing is actually le... LE ALIENS

fuck DBZ was a fucking mistake to this entire genre

DBZ copied it from Guyver

Its common theme in fiction, literature, movies and videogames.
Everyone on this rock (at least the ones who escaped the grasp of religion) want to see what's hiden in outer space.

Id be surprised if it doesn't happen in One Piece as well, especially considering how much from Dragon Ball that manga also takes.

Karma too is a concept that wasn't there at the time.

Hasn't One Piece already hinted a lot about aliens.

It wasn't but it was going to. It's all Halo.

That also aplies to omnipotence, Isshiki and the Ootsutsuki, the shinju trees, the star of change plotline. Because they're rhythmically copying Halo.
I thought Kishimoto was a fan of Jean Graud. But he must have absorbed his art via osmosis through Halo in general. It makes sense lol

I mean, i dunno whereas it was Halo or Matrix because Kishi was also using that one as a template for his story, but it would be funny as Hell if the reason Naruto got his DNA turbo boosted a ghost was because Master Chief also did.

All those concepts are pretty basic, parasites that use other species for power is pretty common, with the most famous example probably being symbiotes, Omnipotence is almost litterally a roleswap AU in story, and as a concept it's still undefined but seems freeform reality warping/divine power, I'm not sure to what you refer to "the star of change plotline".
I'm not saying you're wrong, as I'm not an expert, and probably he was inspired by that too, but I think this concepts are all done and redone and Kishi was inspired by multiple uses of them he liked.

It hasn't hinted aliens, it's already shown aliens explicitly

They're not hiding it, fyi. And if it wasn't clear before, it became clear when Omnipotence eas used.

I'm not arguing against you anon, I'm just saying he probably took many more inspiration, as these are generic plot beats.

Do you know why Master Chief was immune to the composer and possibly to the firing of the Halo? Genetical rearrangement. Which happens to now also be a big talking point in Boruto. After their version of the Halo being fired.

Kaguya never happened.

Ikemoto has been reading a lot.

I repeat that probably Halo was a good part of their inspiration, don't know it really well but believe you, but let me show you how there are other things too that did them.
Anon, different races being differently vulnerable to different things isn't invented by Halo, even Invincible recently had the scourge virus not working on Mark well.
I litterally don't understand what you mean by that.
Gojo in the prison realm.
These are the first ones I can think of, obviously they are much more recent.

Samurai 8 predates JJK if you really want ti be that guy. But JJk doesn't have the temu version of the Forerunner and the flood in it. Boruto does.

I don't think you understand how long Ive been trying to make sense of whatever happened to Naruto. The moment Ike put that literal trace of the Halo Array in his story, things became far more clear

I don't understand what you mean by that

Of course there couldve been other sources of inspiration. Did Ikemoto got the idea for transcendance and the connected universe from elsewhere? Maybe. After all this is what the string theiry talks about, and boy does he have references to that shit in the manga too. But he signalled a very important clue that he actually got it from Halo.

Yes, I wasn't implying it was inspired by those things, just that I could easily find some examples of things wich used the same plot beats, anyway thank you for the informations, if I find the time I will look them up and keep discussing them.

The Ootsutsuki story was literally kick started by the "le ancient evil awakens" shit that also happened in Halo 4.
There's believing in massive coincidences and there's just being blind.

First of all no, it was kickstarted by Momoshiki visiting Earth because Kaguya wasn't returning, so Sasuke randomly meet them in her dimension. Second

le ancient evil awakens

Have you any idea of how little it narrows it down? It's one of the most common plot ever, it describe a good part of Dragon Ball arcs, the TYBW, part 2 and 3 of Jojo, the lord of the rings, Harry Potter and an enormity of other stories of fiction I don't have the time or character count to enumerate.

I geard Borut got into Quantum physics, is that true?

(me)
Ah, no I get it, you were referring to Kaguya with "Le ancient Evil awakens", then yes, the first point is moot, but the rest is still true, it's one of the most overdone cliché ever, to the point Naruto already did it with Madara.

Closest thing it got is Kurama comparing the working of the supermode to nuclear fusion, so nuclear physics, not quantum one.

Id like to see them open the fuck up out of the Ootsutsuki plot already. So it doesn't feel like an AliExpress version of Halo, Invincible, Dragon Ball and what else.
But it's been 10 years and they haven't yet.
We got those lousy runes where the 10 tails lives in. And we still dont know what the relation between the Ootsutsuki and the 10 tails is besides that they use them to evolve (so still, Tree of Might level of simplicity). Except that now, the 10 tails can act like an actual parasite that devours life on its own. This guy from pic related who was dropped a few years ago and we still don't know much about who he is.

I'm reaching my limit with this bullshit manga.

Damn fucking shame Invincible wasn't as popular as it was back when this chapter came out.
Just another example of vague ideas taken from elsewhere that never get explained.
Of course you won't care to provide a fucking explanation, Ikemoto. The idea was again just stolen from elsewhere.

I like the Shinju, find Ryu and Jura funny, and Jura's wonderings interesting, so I have no problem with how it's going. I would like more Shibai, but accept he will come later.

I like that too. But we're way overdue to more lore exposition. It would be an embarassement if Invincible finished twice and the viltrumites of Naruto were still shrouded in mystery.
It would validate all Im saying about this just being a ripped off story.

But the way he was sending his chakra across the universe. That's quantum physics.

Momoshiki suddenly not addressing himself as a God is weird. Almost like there was a disconnect in the writing when Ikemoto took over.
