i really like this anime. it's easy to fall asleep to its episodes but that's part of its charm for me, it's a very ethereal feeling. the soundtrack is my favorite anime soundtrack and i listen to it all the time.

The best part is that this show offers all the sad psychological talk and nonsense of your average edgy anime but the setting is brighter so you get to switch it up from the usual. So it's psychologically edgy but with a light mode twist.

the dothackers didnt come around until after the events of .hack//sign when the first game starts up and kite forms the group.
Late night anime used to be so good at inducing this state. I can still watch something like Texhnolyze or Lain and disassociate from my body.
Final Fantasy does no feel like it gameplay wise but the ambient and some of the gear are like it. They even had a giant red moon in 1.0
