so I was messing around GK-M to see how things work and what baffles me is what "shipping" stands for. I thought that buying multiple figs would combine it or something, but instead it's additive with addition of more shipping costs (chosen method). without "shipping" the prices are similar to E2046, but with "shipping" it's kinda ridiculous. is GK-M just straight more expensive? so does "shipping" stand for "handling" or am I doing something wrong here? Note: apparently all 3 of these are on sale on E2046 which makes them even cheaper, but original prices are similar.

As long as you are under $800 USD per package you should be fine. Anything in your shippment originating from China (as in a Chinese based company producing it), you may be in trouble with higher fees though. Maybe separate those into a different package than the rest of your JP buys.

And with respect to paying duties, if it's <$200, then it's not a formal duty, but depending on the category of the items, duties may be charged to process that item? Do I really have to pay CBP to fuck around with my onahole?

The guide revolves around proxy shippers, right? So it's still the same deal if I'm buying (used) shit from Yahoo Auctions--not exclusively figures? If I win an auction for something by a really low bid, but the item typically costs more, will that be considered? So long as the difference in the declared/listed value and actual value isn't absurd that is. The fees charged for shipping don't come into account when considering the tariffs, correct?
