Wilhelm is finally back
Re: Zero
Wilhelm is finally back
Aaaand he's gone
Square up against the divine dragon
Get shanked in the back by fucking Heinkel
Lmao, get rekt old man
Last thread people were unironically saying that Wilhelm had a chance against a Volcanica with an infinite mana pool and every spell in the world memorized via Echidna kek
He didn't get stabbed in the back by Volcanica. They're both just slapping each other around.
Wilhelm better hope Felix isn't as useless as he's been all series.
Last appearance of the Crusch Camp was in Arc 5
Wilhelm made an appearance in Arc 9
Crusch will come back in Arc 13 trust.
So what will kill al?
I think dying against capella would be the kino'est.
We are reading it, I suppose.
Tappei drunkposting on twitter again
Every named character is going to appear at the end of the Arc Infinity War style and Aldebaran will understand that Friends are stronger than whatever his goal is
Then Volcanica will teleport them both (again) into an arena and Subaru and Aldebaran will have a kino 1v1 loop sloppy fight until Aldebaran gives up, demonstrating that Subaru's determination is stronger than his, deactivating his matrix the moment before Subaru kills him for the billion trillionth time and granting Subaru the Authority of [REDACTED]
Then Emilia, Rem, Beatrice and your favorite underappreciated girl will all have hot steamy sex with Subaru
stop focusing on witches
series grinds to a sloppy mess
APOLOGIZE
He won't be able to loop a win if it's himself. Suicide end 100% in front of Subaru for maximum effect.
Epic Wilhelm chapter-
"Do you life flowers?"
Moblia
a
shit
Arc 7 had two Satella scenes that were iconic for all the wrong reasons and was SHIT
Arc 8 had a bitch whose purpose in life was to become the next Echidna and was SHIT
These fucking witches aren’t carrying SHIT
I could be mistaken, but wasn't what Prime Wilhelm had similar to Cecilus just his sword skill or something? That doesn't mean they're at similar stat levels, for example he certainly doesn't compare to Cecilus in speed, according to Tappei's comment although Cecilus' speed is superior he's the closest guy to Reinhard in terms of speed.
Who is the character closest in speed to Reinhard? How much of a difference in speed is there between Reinhard and the character closest to his speed?
purely speaking of “who is the character closest in speed to Reinhard?” Cecilus would be faster than Reinhard.
Cecilus and Reinhard sounds similar to a Flash and Superman scenario but with Reinhard being much more invincible against Cecilus than Superman is against Flash.
While he’s fast, Reinhard would probably be stronger if they fought. Speed and strength have different correlations.
Is been while since I read this arc but Why Lugunica kingdom allow
A spirit knight who can't use spirits
A girl in a coma.
A disapel demon girl with anger management issues.
Queen Candidate who is basically merchant that can't really fight
A queen candidate who has doesn't have impressive one to one victories to speak of.
Subaru and Beatrice who has low fighting capability especially to the place they heading into.
And Meili which Surprisingly the most logical person to be there.
to one of the most dangerous places on the planet that's where most of mabeast gathering?
Did the novel stated why anywhere?
I wish Regulus actually had a better relationship with his wives, that some actually liked him even though he captured them and that he fucked some or cared more about them while still being evil. That would have made him a more compelling villain.
seems like alcanica has volcanica's personality corrupting al's, since he switched his introduction to "divine dragon volcanica", wheras he used "divine dragon aldebara" for reinhard.
alcanica also has that kind, wise old man vibe when he was conversing with heinkel, mixed with al's laid back personality, and its probably real this time without any of al's insecurities
Pretty sure it's mentioned somewhere that they're kind of keeping it on the downlow.
To begin with, Meili should have been arrested.
I didn't read it again after arc 8 and the beginning of 9, is Volcanica at full power or is he still in a state of reduced power? I remember he 90% in a hibernating state or something..
Heinkel is a piece of shit and I really hope he dies crying like a bitch while his wife berates him for all the unforgivable stuff he has done to save her
just finished watching the anime
What in the fuck is going on with Otto
was there just in time to escort Subaru to save Emilia in s1e25
punched some sense into Subaru when he desperately needed it, and had Subaru rely on him
stalled a still antagonistic Garfiel, who might be one of the stronger warriors shown
seemingly never got a mention in the Book of Wisdom, ended up being pivotal like an anomaly even fate can't decipher
saved motherfucking Reinhardt from a tough spot (Heinkel had a knife to Felt's throat)
reveals he really REALLY doesn't trust Rosewaal (based)
none of Felt's little band or Kiritaka's soldiers knew his name
was just in time to save Beako from getting split in half
This is all without Return by Death, what a fucking god
Granted his ability to make animals do his bidding is pretty strong, but even still
Apart from Subaru, he's probably my fav
Also I have one question:
Did Emilia ever know/make peace with the fact that her Father figure Betelgeuse had lost his mind, and was killed by Subaru?
Why does Emilia wear her aunt's clothes in the seadon 4 preview?
Did Emilia ever know/make peace with the fact that her Father figure Betelgeuse had lost his mind, and was killed by Subaru?
I thought he lost all her memories of him?
This mf didn't watch S3
She definitely remembers parts of her past after the Witch Trial
She makes a callback to Fortuna and Betelgeuse atleast twice in season 3
laments that a marriage between 2 people has to be a happy occasion, and that her heart aches that she knew 2 people (Geuse and Fortuna) who deeply loved each other but they couldn't get together because they died
Subaru's Unseen Hand to perform ethereal heart operation prompts her to say "you were here all along... Geuse"
According to the author, he cared about his first wife enough to give her a burial, something he never did for any of the others. Though of course he still slaughtered her parents and she was miserable up until the moment of her death, when she smiled.
>none of Felt's little band or Kiritaka's soldiers knew his name
This isn't a point in his favor though...
He is pandora, it was revealed in a side story only available on a pachinko machine in the prefecture of Okayama in 2015
But it ended up being favourable because of the circumstances: they were facing an Archbishop of Gluttony
The scene was humorous, but how fucking coincidental was that?
Artist adding fanservice. The original description was just that she was wearing a dress made for traveling.
Huh? It looks like Heinkel stabbed Wilhelm with his sword that Wilhelm himself gave to Heinkel.
Q: It’s possible I’ve just completely forgotten, my apologies, but could you tell me what kind of standing the character Heinkel Astrea has? (If it’s a spoiler, please ignore the question)
A: He’s Reinhard’s father, and Wilhelm’s biological son. A man who was unable to become a Master Swordsman.
Q: The first Master Swordsman 'Reid' and the dragon sword 'Reid'. Did the first one become a sword?
A: Maybe it was just named that because the first one used it. Wilhelm used it when he was young, and the holy sword Heinkel holds now is 'Astrea'.
Q: Personally, I feel that a person's own expertise, and the sword itself are important. So, as one who had (or was thought to have) expertise of the highest level, did Wilhelm-san possess a sword of a particular name?
A: He had the famed sword named "Astrea". It's now held by his son Heinkel.
By Maotoro. When is Heinkel’s birthday?
By the way, my birthday is on May 17th. Ohh, what a weird coincidence. Heinkel’s birthday is also on the 17th of May. Make sure to remember and celebrate it. Heinkel should play some role in Arc 7, so wait for when he reappears. He is in Vollachia with Priscilla right now.
Q: Was there ever a time were Heinkel was on good terms with Wilhelm-san and Thearesia-san?
A: Heinkel was a child that loved his parents, so they were always on good terms.
Q: If there's an episode with Heinkel, I'd like you have you tell us about it.
A: When Heinkel was insisting that he would be the next "Master Swordsman", and inherit the famed sword "Astrea" that Wilhelm held, Thearesia would gently tell him "There's no need to be in such a hurry.", as she could see his skill with the sword.
Q: In the case where Theresia lived, what kind of person would Heinkel have become?
A: It was the greatest cause of him becoming twisted, but perhaps he wouldn't change that much.
Q: If Thearesia could say one thing to her son (Heinkel) and grandson (Reinhard), what would she pass on to them? And what would be her comment on the current family relations...?
A: Everything Thearesia wanted to say is in arc five.
Q: Did the ties between the Astrea family and the Suwen Corporation continue, and did Wilhelm go to buy presents for Thearesia, perhaps?
A: Their association was cut off in Heinkel's era, so perhaps in the previous time of Wilhelm and Thearesia, they were using the Suwen family.
Q: Thanks for all your hard work! After Bertol-san, did the relation between the couple and the corporation continue!?
A: More or less, it ended with the Wilhelm and Thearesia era. After that, I think that Heinkel cut off the association.
Q: What is his most entertaining memory?
A: The period when Heinkel was kind to him was the best, but recently it seems that Felt might be taking over that position, so he worries that he's a bit shallow.
Q: Was it perhaps that the wound inflicted when Reinhard, his own son, caused the death of his mother Teresia, and that due to Reinhard receiving the blessing, he was unable to inherit the title of Master Swordsman, that caused Heinkel to be distorted?
A: Nothing so trivial as tha~t.
Wilhelm-san is outraged, Reinhard is business as usual, Heinkel is true scum. In the current story, the three generations of the Astrea family just turn out like that! A story where only Theresia-san was able to pass on peacefully.
Q: What’s the van in Whilhelm van Astrea?
A: van is related to the Astrea family, and is like an honor bestowed on one who has demonstrated a certain level of accomplishment and skill with the sword. Wilhelm van Astrea. Theresia van Astrea. Reinhard van Astrea. Heinkel Astrea. That sort of thing.
I really haven’t spoken about Heinkel’s situation yet, have I! He might just be real scum,!
Q: By chance, is Heinkel Astrea the vice-commander?
A: He’s the vice-commander, Reinhard’s father, and Wilhelm’s son.
Q: Previously at a book signing, you said that Felt is Re: Zero’s second main character, but if you did a Re: Zero side story with someone other than Subaru-kun as the main character, who would you like to put?
A: Heinkel Astrea, I’d say.
Q: If you were writing a long-term spinoff of one of the Re: Zero characters, whose story would you like to write?
A: Heinkel Astrea, or Felt.
Q: In Re: Zero, who is the most human person?
A: Outside the superhumans and madmen, I try to write most of them with human qualities. If you’re looking for weakness, please note Subaru and Heinkel (who will appear later).
Puck shares the same name
Subaru's dad has the same glasses
Heinkel shares his birthday
What is up with Tappei and the dads?
mfw next chapter is named "Wilhelm van Astrea"
Rem tortured an innocent man for no reason, btw
I suspect that if Reinhard dies his divine protection may end up going to Heinkel thus finally allowing him to become the saint of the sword with the death of his son.
Q: In a situation where all his blessings are taken away and he's dueling only with his sword skills, who could beat Reinhard? (His opponent has no blessings either)
A: Spoilers.
Q: In the event that Reinhard died, where would the Blessing of the Master Swordsman go...?
A: Spoilers.
And it seems that Tappei had already said that Reinhard caused Theresia's death in 2019, so this isn't something new.
Q: I think that, even in this story, Reinhard has what could be called the strongest sense of responsibility, and and I feel that he's very cool, but from around what age did Reinhard himself start to have his own thoughts about his overstrong power and the responsibilities it causes?
A: I think it would be from when he caused the death of his grandmother at age 5. He started to think about it from there on.
Q: I think Reinhard's pretty handsome, but is he popular with the ladies?
A: He's the most popular one in the Kingdom of Lugunica. Not so much with the named characters.
Q: For Reinhard to be able to draw his sword against someone, around whose level of strength would they be?
A: There's situations where he can't draw it even against the strongest in the various nations. At the very least, it's beyond the majority of Re: Zero characters.
Q: In the Oboreru story, did Reinhard draw the Dragon Sword Reid while fighting Halibel?
A: No, he couldn't draw it against Halibel.
is Volcanica at full power or is he still in a state of reduced power?
Volcanica is Al right now. Al made his retarded ass read Al's book, so there's two Als. Alcanica can't access the dragon's full power because he's getting used to stuff, but he's still plenty strong
Did Emilia ever know/make peace with the fact that her Father figure Betelgeuse had lost his mind, and was killed by Subaru?
She doesn't know about that. His name is Geuse when she knew him and nobody bothered to link them. Only Betty would really know.
Granted his ability to make animals do his bidding is pretty strong, but even still
Technically he offers them stuff, they don't automatically listen to him like how Meili controls witch beasts.
Hmm, but even still Emilia recognized that there was a hint of Geuse in Subaru's Unseen Hand. Without reconciling that Geuse = Betelgeuse = Archbishop of Sloth
Weird. I wonder to what extent does she even know of Subaru's exploits.
What even are her final memories of Geuse/Fortuna? She seems to remember both of their final-ish moments, but does she remember Pandora, the culprit?
She clearly doesn't remember Regulus
Beako has been confined to the library, how would she know I wonder
Beatrice knew Geuse from before, has more knowledge of the witch factors, and in some manner could sense his presence or whatever. Maybe she just logically concluded that since he was dead Subaru has the factor so all she knew before was just that he had it. There's a scene between her and Subaru that Subaru didn't really understand at the time so he's clueless what she was on about too.
It seems like Pandora erased/changed up some of her memories.
I guessed Pandora did something like that, because her parting words to Emilia implied she'd be erasing her presence/altering her memories
She did also somehow send Regulus away through something similar by claiming
'Regulus was never here, he is in his mansion accompanying his wives'
... Wonder how many wives he killed in a tantrum that day. Poor ladies
