Koichi goes from being 19 in uni to a senior about to graduate uni at 22 in ch 66 the chapter after Eraserhead has the flashback arc. Vigilantes ends three arcs later in ch 126 and the timeskip in it is only a few months later.

ch 66 to ch 126 were 60 chapters iof shippuden with a flashback arc. There is no major timeskip in the final chapter retard. Koichi just graduates, collects that degree and goes pro because Makoto and CC had him sign the contract.
