The manga may be a reeking pile of garbage atm, but I always try to think on the positive side. This last chapter was so shit and uneventful that the next chapter can only be an improvement. I'm sure we can all agree on that.

1. Falling devil is repeating the Falling arc all over again now because everything in Fart Poo is a repetition of the same old shit. This means the characters are fucked because neither Yoru nor Denji have any means of defeating a primal atm. This may not introduce stakes in this shitty story, but it's certainly giving the pretense of stakes since they actually cannot successfully deal with the situation without jobbing/losing/getting pushed into an inconvenient direction for the rest of the story.
2. Kiga-chan is about to be saved by Slurpji while Yoru/Asa get ditched and left to die because Shitji just moves into the next family member/love interest as often as he changes his underwear.

Fujifaggot is basically repeating the exact same scenarios, including entire arcs (falling 2 times, Infinity/trapped in a devil dimension happened 3 times), but HEY, it's all for the noble purpose of having you rethink previous events under a different more critical perspective. Denji will literally leave AsaRu to eat shit so he can save Kiga-chan/Freckles/new random pedestrian woman.

In other words, the direction the story's going in is great.
