Guts will be able to beat Griffith but ultimately unable to kill him because he's powered by the Vortex of Souls. Moonlight Boy will call the Idea of Evil gay and make it free all the souls in the Vortex, destroying the Godhand's ultimate source of power so that they can be killed. This coincides in a roundabout way with the prophecy that the Hawk of Light will overcome the Hawk of Darkness.
I dunno how they get there but I'm absolutely positive that the epilogue will be Casca caring for Guts after the Berserker armour leaves him blind and crippled. Literally Griffith's dream before the Eclipse.
Miura loved his callbacks and circular storytelling. In fact, nearly every significant moment has some kind of parallel in Golden Age. Even recently, there's parallels between Griffith's impulsive decision to sleep with Charlotte resulting in his imprisonment and his seemingly impulsive decision to kidnap Casca resulting in Guts' imprisonment. I'm assuming the further parallel will be how Griffith's Behelit returned to him and so will Guts' Behelit. Guts likely won't use his though.

I was willing to put up with the worse art and rushed storytelling just to get a quick wrap-up and see how it was supposed to end, but the new series' schedule is barely any better than it was under Miura. Worst of both worlds. Berserk died with Miura. It's not how I want it to be, but that's how it is.

I know its fanfiction, but I am curious how they handle it. 15 chapters and it does feel much slower paced and far less dialog tho which doesnt lead me to have faith in any "good" resolution or even one within the next ten years.
