It looks impressive at first sight, the height definitely is, but then you realize the diameter of the entire nation is a bit more than 10 miles maybe, and that it's inhabited by fucking Giants. There are multiple villages, but in practice I guess it's more like multiple neighbourhoods in a small town.

Pic related makes it seem like all the characters are far away from eachother but for Giants especially it's a quick jog. I think it would be better if the Underworld was full of villages too, and that there's many in the Heaven Realm too.

The only arc which you can argue foreshadows Blackbeard defeating Imu is Drum Kingdom. Blackbeard invaded Drum Kingdom and forced Wapol to flee, he nearly imploded the kingdom that way. In that arc, Luffy had to climb an entire mountain to reach the castle at the top (Marijoa/Drum Castle).
