Because Hatsune, despite her lack of focus during the season, was ultimately quite endearing, particularly because of flawed yet nice she is. Not to mention Rico is doing a godly job in those lives, and is pretty much the centre of attention.

I mean, Anon wasn't serious about doing anything about the band for half of MyGO. Taki only confronted Soyo after she left the band. She only gives Raana flack because she's late for band practise. All of that is quite justified.
Then the other person she got angry with was Sakiko, and that time her behaviour was more than justified.
Other than that, she gives Anon shit, and while not justified, I think that's because they're fundamentally different. Taki is a top by-the-book person, whereas Anon likes being more spontaneous, and sometimes focuses on tangential shit while Taki is trying to focus on the band. Also, Anon is quite close to Tomori, and that probably makes Taki jealous.
