Angie could have been a really interesting character, but Livia's existence as baggage drags her down from being utilized to her fullest potential. Through the story she plays an interesting role that simply is never fully utilized.

It's just that in blatant harems like this, authors have a really hard time holding themselves back from creating these one note characters that are just there to be other harem members and take attention from the characters that actually matter.

Said follower later meets MC and they get engaged and MC's sister is inwardly seething because she made it all happen ant won't be able to have MC to herself anymore.
