Denji's usage in Part 2 was awful, he can only repeat the exact same tropes, situations, dialogues and themes that we already saw to hell and back, making us bored and sickened, hence he can offer nothing fresh, likable or good to the reader in any shape or form.
Focusing on his fall from grace also wasn't a good thing in the long run because it turned the actual manga into a reeking putrid corpse that spreads pestilence both in story and in the fandom. Yet he couldn't do the same for a single character in Part for a 100 chapters, let alone the 6 chapters that was needed to establish Reze's charm and personality. And Reze wasn't even the main box office draw and yet she was in the top 5, the main ones were Power, Aki and Makima.
Had Fujimoto just spent 4 chapters chiseling out Asa, Miri, Yoshida, Fumiko, Whip or Spear, people would actually have someone to emotionally connect with. But that was too much of a hassle for Niggermoto. This conditions characters to grow, change and develop. A Scooby Doo formula where the situation just solves itself via nonsensical asspull is worse than a Scooby Doo episode itself. That's why JJK sold, meanwhile FRAUDmoto should be thankful his filth even got anything sold in the first place. I pity those people who actually paid any money for this trash.

Even with that said, the ending of JJK is still miles better than anything Fujimoto can write simply because it at least made some sense - Yuji and his gang planned and prepared for the final battle extensively and came up with multiple tactics for all existing situations, all while Sukuna relied on his own pride and fought alone. Also we knew exactly what techniques Yuji used to defeat Sukuna, meanwhile not even Fujimoto knows what the fuck happened at the end of Aging arc because it literally makes no sense at all on purpose.
