Part 1 manga is so fun to read due to art and paneling, so adapting it takes a lot of creativity or else you'd lose the charm of the original. In part 2 *most* of that same charm is absent desu ne. Part 2 will benefit greatly from being animated and so, yes, I think the anime will do this moment better.
