Yuri as a genre only exists for basically two decades, before that there was no commercial use of the word yuri, in the last decade we basically went from a dozen ongoings to more than a hundred and yuri extending itself to outside romance focused series like fantasy or action. It's a niche genre but at least a growing one.

Anon... she has been working on a new series for 4 years, I am not going to say she will never deliver anything because who knows, but she does have a behaviour of starting new stuff, be motivated about it, make a hundred drawings about it and never do anything with it, maybe she did try to pitch that stuff and was rejected, I don't know.

But she doesn't even bother to make a webcomic, I don't think publishers will look at someone who abandoned her serialization and basically stopped in time with good eyes, so even if she can deliver something, I am not sure she could live from it.
