A 2000s show with a fucked up BD release sounds about right. I think this show is basically only in SD, unless there’s some Japanese BD release I’m unaware of that fixes it.
It’s a nice looking show despite some stilted JC Staff action in the early parts, but it definitely looks like you’re supposed to be watching it on a CRT or one of those 480p flatscreen TVs.
