I don't think Chaos time traveled to be here, I think people are missing the forest for the trees. He already broke his timehorn which means he can never time travel again. He was simply already in this era from the start, he was always in this era. Also time travel in this series doesn't work like that where you can go back and forth, its a one way trip. At the end of the tag arc Mantaro revived Chaos, and Chaos for some reason is the only one who still remembers the tag arc. Its more like the time-line changed around him rather than time travel, but he was from this era from the start.

I predict no further losses from the current time choujin fights, both Asuraman and Robin were sent ahead to buy time for Buffaloman's training arc therefore they only need to save 2 people, a third loss is only possible given that Nemesis isn't in actual danger due to Fanatic wanting to use him as a schematic for more time choujin instead of outright killing him.

How did they manage to make the pyramid fights last a whole season?
The pacing could have been better, but it's almost the same number of fights as the first set and an extra episode adapting Warsman's backstory.
