I don't see Kizaru having the damage output to put down Kaido. It took advanced CoC to even hurt him. Kaido fought everyone all night before Luffy finally went Gear 5 and still only won with a fist the size of Onigashima. Kaido was going blow for blow with Luffy speedwise. Kaido went on par with Luffy the entire time. Kaido's defense and endurance is just too high compared to Luffy who tired out against Kizaru, but Kaido can actually maintain that level of strength unlike Luffy. If any of the admirals could have killed Kaido he would have been executed. Instead he used them for food.
Meanwhile Kizaru is fast but Luffy, who as I said Kaido matches his speed, one shot Kizaru multiple times when he finally did land a good hit.
If Luffy can land a hit on Kizaru I don't see Kaido not eventually landing a hit on Kaido since they were around the same speed. The difference is Kaido will have way more chances to land hits on Kizaru because he can stay at his peak and take nearly zero damage.

i wouldn't call it a choreography issue so much as a complete lack of directorial sense. the way the characters move and interact with one another is fine, but the animators seem to forget about very basic principles of animation like timing and spacing. even a couple more frames added to pad out certain shots would make the whole fight significantly less epileptic.

Katakuri really is the strongest Yonko Commander we've seen so far(excluding Beckman). Awakened Devil Fruit, future sight, Conquerors Haki, and very physically strong and durable. King and Queen were both kinda trash comparatively, with zero Haki feats, no Awakenings, instead relying on their base Devil Fruit powers, Lunarian genes and cyborg tech. The Beast Pirates really had this weird contradictory showing, with Kaido proclaming that Haki trumps all, while his top officers are Hakilets, and he spends all his effort on getting his Minions Temu Devil Fruits instead of teaching them Haki.
Big Mom Pirates were more balanced, you had many less important members being kinda strong showing of Haki, and even showcasing Skywalk.

Even in this classic AMV, that's 240p and has clearly experienced image degradation over the past 15 years, it's still much better and more coherent than the current slop. Like if we factor 100% hold to personality and fighting styles in this, Loki first and foremost barely has a style cause he's done pretty much nothing so far, and personality wise, no giant is going to have his back if he gets attacked cause they all hate him and for both personality and fighting style, he's not gonna care if his ragnir attacks end up hitting people who are supposed to be his allies cause ragnir's just gonna summon huge bolts that try to hit whatever the hammer lands on.
I feel like this new episode was very pretty to look at, but I could take the individual shots and shuffle them randomly and it’d be about as coherent as it was originally. It lacks a sense of logical sequence and there are a lot of spastic movements, especially from Luffy.
Luffy vs luccy round 2 was much better than this fight. They actually hit each other and the fight was easier to follow. Luffy vs Kizaru round 2 was nonense. Slowing down the fights its easier to tell whats happening in luccis fight than kizarus.
In a way Tama giving Luffy food was a blood contract to summon a Demon God not seen in 900 years.
i feel like you're kind of deliberately obfuscating or avoiding the point here. if their personalities and fighting styles remain unchanged, but their motivations are different, even then what you said isn't what would happen.
loki doesn't like the other giants, and they don't like him, yes, but it's not core tenets of their personalities or character. if their goal is to fight as a coherent team, then that's how they'll fight, regardless of things like personal grudges or anything.
i might agree that loki may be a little haphazard with lightning, i'll give you that. but it doesn't change the fact that kaido would never in a million years play the role of ranged support unless he was fighting as a purely mechanical robot. even then, i'd say several of his physical attacks are probably a great deal stronger than boro breath, so it doesn't really make sense for him to rely solely on that unless he's been magically programmed to do that and that alone.

Luffy just has very low stamina and is a fake Yonko, he's been being gassed up by Morgans and others for years. Remember, his gears are him pushing himself and his fruit beyond where his body should be able to handle it. He relies on his fruit to try and push overwhelming power for a short time and beat his opponent before he runs out of gas. He isn't an endurance fighter, he's a sprinter. He never trained enough endurance. He had enough to dominate East Blue, sure, and the early stages of the Grand Line, but Lucci in W7 and Enies Lobby was the wake-up call he needed. The thing is, his tactic for getting around that obstacle wasn't to take time to work on his own endurance and outlast, but to push his fruit/body beyond its limits for a short time instead of increasing those limits.
Remember Garp talking to young Kuzan about taking no shortcuts with fruit or haki when building strength? Luffy took both the fruit AND the haki shortcut. He maxed both and he's so dumb he doesn't even know he's a zoan (and riding the Zoan physical strength/durability buffs). Now he's paying for it.
I'd put Marco and King (if he isn't being dumb and turning off his fire for no reason) over him, but Katakuri isn't far behind.
