From how it was depicted, I thought the prototype tech on the Gelgoog was some sort of physics-breaking momentum canceller but apparently it's just some fancy magnetic lube that reduces friction in the joints and enhances AMBAC.
It's hard to picture because of the different art style but the MS in this show are really still running on janky OYW hardware.
It will be a huge step-up once they discover Movable Frame or the big Transforming MS fad. The mid-season upgrades will be insane.

Nyaan could have the Fa treatment, but at least in Zeta, Fa in the ending could feel like a representation of the civilian life Kamille once had but lost, and any attempt to try to reach and save him. GQ's ED seems to be more about Machu and Nyaan having a friendship and being able to actually relax, the former not even existing yet in the show and the latter certainly not looking like there's going to be any more time for that in the story.

His views of Lalah during the events of 0079 was a guiding person whom he could be at peace, he even kissed her before she got killed, telling her that he'll follow her from now on. Then the events of Zeta and ZZ, which can be summed up as his worst years of his life. Char TRIED to be a new person, but his irresponsibility and the events surrounding Zeta and ZZ just broke him. Forcing the events of CCA.
Char's words of Lalah as a mother figure can be best interpreted as "I want the one person who gave me peace", but more or less a manchild wanting his mom because he's really, really sad.
What's even more funny is that Lalah as a newtype ghost could effectively communicate with Amuro, and couldn't tell her son/boyfriend to stop being a fucking manchild.

I did as I played. It's very short, they just stop another attack of ZAFT soldiers who want revenge while the peace talks were going after SEED ending. Very appendix stuff.
In Episode 1, the GQuuuuuuX launched with a Beam Rifle and a Beam Saber but the former was knocked away into space and the latter was destroyed by Vulcan fire. It still has the Shield which is actually pretty high-tech with an intergrated I-Field Generator.
The Heat Hawk isn't even part of GQuuuuuuX's standard loadout, it's a custom model cobbled together by the Pomeranians.
But it's not the only weapon that Machu has access to at the moment, the QuuuuuuX also has Vulcans under it's collar. The hidden Core Fighter should also have extra machine guns.

Assuming that Zeknova is just Axis Shock but with a different name, Sugai's MAV probably threw himself into Solomon in a futile attempt to stop it just like what happened at the end of CCA.
Similar to how the meaning of MAV warped from a tactical combat formation into a synonym for BFF, I think people are just misinformed on the true nature of a Zeknova.
That's why Challia Bull seems so nonchalant about the two Gundams pairing up; he knows you need a whole army's worth of Newtype resonance to trigger a Zeknova.

I think the most impressive example of weaponized Newtype autism is actually Kamille's Biosensor at the end of Zeta. It literally converted his angst into pure energy with pretty much no supernatrual side effects.
