Sedentary lifestyle, close to zero exercise, bad diet with lot of salt and fats, fucked up sleeping cycles, stress/anxiety, genetic predisposition (innate higher blood pressure), chest injury (for example from a car crash) alcohol, tobacco and drug consumption.
Not saying Miura did all of that, as far as I know he wasnt a heavy drinker, he didnt smoke nor use drugs and I dont think he was on any sort of accident involving a heavy blow to the chest but all of those are factors for aortic dissection.

Also aortic dissection can happen due to old age when the arteries become weaker and easier to rupture but thats around >80 years.

Its odd i dont remember the death circumstances of some family members but i know everything i did the day i found out he died and im not even very invested in berserk. I really wish i could go back in time and telk him his heart was about to fail him.

Problem with health is you cant fix 30 years of bad habits with 5 years of slightly better habits, damage is already done, many exjunkies die from heart disease at 50 because the heroine and cocaine they took 20 to 30 destroyed their circulatory system, it takes 20 years for the body to heal the damage done from smoking to the lungs (except permanent damage), it may take up to 5 years of diet, exercise and alcohol abstinence for a fatty liver to become clean again etc.

That being said maybe exercising more gave him and extra year or two so its always worthwhile to take care of oneself even after misstreating your body for decades, worst case scenario you may scrap a few extra months or years, best case scenario you may avoid an early demise.
