Tatari Matari

That's the way it looks to me, at least, unless it's referring to "final stretch" or something like that. And if they don't give it extra pages or something, I can't imagine how it's going to end in one chapter without feeling extremely abrupt. I guess it's nice that you got all that other stuff out of your system first, but you probably should have planned ahead so that the final boss fight gets more than one chapter.

Anyway, no Mikadono today, so let's just get right into it. Tatari chapter 93: Sky.
The shadow girl, whatever her name was, asks about Tatari's fancy suit. He says it's a mourning suit, since there's going to be death from here on out. She doesn't really care, though, she's just here to get them to Garand.

Konya steps forward and tells the her and Braid that they may be included in the list of people about to die today. They killed his parents, you'll recall.

She says she didn't really want to do it, but Konya's mother realized what was happening three years ago and was planning to get Konya out of it somehow, so Garand ordered her killed.

Konya says they'd have been better off letting her go.

Tatari heads through the portal, leaving Konya's group to deal with Braid. He tells Beriko to make sure he uses "that" right.

Time to play.

Meanwhile, inside the shadow, Tsubame assures Tatari that the Snow White squad will keep Yuki safe through all of this. That was Setsuna's last mission for them, after all.

Tatari then asks what *Tsubame* is doing there with them, to which he replies that he's there to keep Setsuna's new body safe, such as it is. They don't get to argue for too long, because Iraiya sees light at the end of the tunnel.

Garand's taken the trouble of setting up a nice arena for them, although he admits that a floating rock three kilometers in the air takes a bit of a toll even on him. What a swell guy.

Now they can go all out.

However, he wants a one-on-one, and since Tatari took some extra people along, he has to find some entertainment for them, as well.

This is a "modified youkai", created through the research he's been doing over these past centuries. Basically he took a youkai corpse, revive it, and powered it up.

Tsubame recognizes the face of his old mate Pile, whom we saw in Hong Kong. However, he holds his emotions in check.

All he'll say is, this opponent is strong... And with that, Tatari and Garand are left alone.

Garand's been waiting for this ever since he first met Tatari a thousand years ago... Tatari says he doesn't care. Not then, and not now.

I'm a newfag to reading a series in Shonen Sunday weekly, but I really like Fujita's work and want to keep up with Silver Mountain. I know they officially published the first chapter online, but am I gonna have to find scans of the magazine every week somewhere? Or how do you guys generally keep up with these series?

It's still there, it's just currently in serious sports mode so I don't have a lot to say about it. Same with Red Blue.

Just saw that the chapter's on nyaa. Figured I'd have to download the whole mag but I guess not, great.
