Someone actually made a doujin of Idofront where Riko and Bondrewd switched roles and it fits disturbingly well. There's a reason why Riko is often nicknamed Bondrewd Jr. There is very high likelihood that Riko has a downward spiral and because the final villain of her own story. This is why she's favorite character in the series. Her destiny is a mystery. I find that to be a way more interesting mystery than Reg's past because Reg's past is way easier to guess than Riko's. Ozen has already established that Riko is technically a zombie and drop dead at any second, yet we as the audience always forget that. Imagine if the story ends with Riko just immediately dropping dead upon reaching the bottom before even meeting Lyza if she's even still alive down there. But there's the possibility that Lyza wants to sacrifice Riko in some sort of twisted ritual. Riko's character arc is the RPG with alternate endings. All of these are possible and I find theorizing about which one Riko will get so compelling.

Being one of the cutest and sexiest lolis in existence in a skimpy spandex suit with no shame whatever with tomboy drip, a gap moe personality, and a nuclear butthole also really helps to make her lovable for me too.

At this point i think that the "Riko is ackshually evil" opinion only exists to male the story seem deeper than it actually is. Riko is literally a 12 year old that can't really do much on her own and mostly gets carried by robot dog and best bun. Her only value to the team was her shallow knowledge of the upper layers and cooking skills. That's about it. She isn't shown as ruthless, or even willing to hurt people just to make things right (i.e. didn't try to finish off bondrewd)

You could argue that she's capable of turning evil, if we were actually shown that she's capable of it. I.e. if she told Reg to massacre all of Bondrewd's puppets in hopes of finding the relic that makes him immortal, or if she was the one who convinced Reg to kill Mitty.

Nah, she's not a dangerous psychopath, but she obviously doesn't present herself as a good person either. Riko is the least empathetic character in the squad and this is her defining feature that has played and will play a role in the story

Killing Bondrewd would have been an idiotic and pointless act of destruction. Also, weren't they vulnerable while Reg slept for two hours? Maybe Bondrewd came and gave them supplies in that interval in order to appease them and demonstrate goodwill.
