Mono

So her next manga is about how round stones can be. How is she allowed to survive in the industry if she only writes sleep-inducing stories?

Hey, a manga about cool rocks is getting an anime soon. There's clearly some demand.

mono is boring and bland

I wouldn't go that far, I am enjoying it. But I'll admit that I'm disappointed that it's not a straight-forward CGDCT show like the first episode made me think it would be. The cast is fun but I don't really care about the tourism aspect at all.

she obviously doesn't which is why she can't live independently

Because she made a Manga about four cute girls going with her on adventures in town and it was so good that it got turned into an anime.

She's a pebble anon. She's unfathomably based like that.

cool rocks

Bocchi (the rock)?

The girl on the right has a pretty ridiculous body.

She actually turned that rock investigation into round spheroids into some Buddhist metaphor with androgynous gay rocks.

CGDCT and SOL need romance.

It's fine but like Yuru Camp you can tell the mangaka's having more fun 'researching' than most of the audience is watching the show.

she gives wingjobs to old men

Kiriyama's overalls are doing things to me bros. Overalls are so hot. What an underrated outfit. They aren't sexualized nearly enough.

It's comfy (good) but did the author have no trust in this series? Pulling out the Yuru Camp cameos that early made me think so

Shit's mid

I honestly like having both series take place in the same universe in the same setting. It gives both stories the small world feel. It makes it realistically possible that the characters from both series could run into each other and interact at any time.

That kind of crossover is something I'd expect later on, when the characters have already established themselves
I like Yuru Camp too, so I'm just treating it as fanservice

wow, it's round.

a manga about cool rocks is getting an anime soon

It already did years ago though. Twice, in fact.

Imagine treating them to lunch.

imagine going bankrupt

No thanks.

Perfect bed time reading for insomniac office workers

An best mono

What was the showtime thread like for the ghost reveal?

idk how archives work but it wasn't anything special. i remember there was some steamed hams

Yuri

Episode 7 preview is here. MTL synopsis:

The work of Haruno's fellow manga artist, Isuzu, is being made into an anime!

She consults with Genkuma and Haruno about her worries, such as the busy schedule and financial concerns that come with adapting the work into an anime.

Concerned about Isuzu, the group decided to take part in the Minobu Donburi Walk to cheer her up.

The way they nonchalantly shill a new spot each episode reminds me more of Heya Camp than the main series. Also, yay, more hags.

Why can't you post the Japanese text and let people draw their own conclusions?
