Oricon releases the top 50 on weekly and monthly sales but it still tracks pretty much anything even it doesn't make the 50th place cut off.
Therefore even if a volume doesn't get in the top 50 of the week it will be considered unranked in those fanmade images. However the monthly will still count those unranked sales, we just don't know until the monthly is out and we can only go by shoseki estimates, which track 500 places I believe, but aren't exactly precise.
To be more precise, shoseki doesn't track exactly all the same stores as oricon and it releases rankings with numbers only on certain placement. For example shoseki might have a 50th place at 8k and a 60th place at 5k, thus a 55th place is estimated at 6.5k even though it could be anywhere between 5 and 8k.
tl;dr if you want a precise number, look at the monthly oricon, if you just care about the week by week infographic, the OP pic is about it.
