You do torrent your anime like a real man, right anon? Tell me you dont pay for streaming service cuckery
You do torrent your anime like a real man, right anon? Tell me you dont pay for streaming service cuckery
pay for streaming
I did torrent for a while before I ran out of storage.
However anon, you can also stream anime without paying for it.
How do you 'run out' of storage? Just delete the video file after you're done viewing it, the same way your browser automatically deletes the streamed video after awhile.
i made a plex server. ill never pay
Yes. Anime is pretty, do not use shitty 3rd part streaming sites. It's obvious in any dark scene. You can see the artifacts. Even the low encode torrent is better then the shitty pirate site stream encode.
So many people talk about storage associated with torrenting anime and it always confuses me. Just deleted after a minimum ratio 1:1.
18 Terabyte hard drives are on ebay for like 100 USD.
I torrent but also pay for streaming sites that I barely use
torrenting is mostly because it's higher quality plus my video player allows me to tinker with anime however I want, streaming sites are limited
why wont those faggots let me make an account
The last time I paid $100 I only got a 4tb external drive
I got fucked scammed if true
I'll never stop seeding, ever.
storage
Do you download bd remuxes or coalgirls-tier meme encodes?
Average bd rip is like 1GB per episode.
Man, people fucking suck. No wonder things keep disappearing and becoming harder and harder to download after a while if most ashats never seed.
Also, read fucking manga bitches.
Just because I tell others to delete files if they're too poor to afford space doesn't mean I don't seed ok
I have 30tb of space because I want to not because I need it for torrenting. It's still confusing. Also, it's like $12 per tb
Don't trust a hdd for that cheap.
coalgirls-tier meme encodes
Idk what this is. Is this very small or very large? A remux is super big so I'm guessing very large.
I generally get bdrips. If there's none I get source.
based
open nyaa
copy torrent link into torrent client
wow much hard, such gatekeep!
fuck off bitch i do my part
I pay for torrenting.
copy torrent link into torrent client
why copy it? you can just click the magnet button/icon and it opens up yout torrent client automatically
You don't even copy you just click the magnet.
I have a vpn mainly for torrenting so technically true
Torrent something off a private tracker
Says I downloaded it 3x or even 10x times despite only downloading it once
Uhhh should I be worried about this? Is the NSA siphoning my anime & manga?
private tracker
no
You don't even copy you just click the magnet.
Anon... have you noticed that your computer takes longer to boot up yet?
I restart my computer twice a month. Seems fine to me.
People who don't contribute by seeding, encoding or making rips or subs deserve to be humiliated.
None of this is even true
humiliation ritual, slop
An underage kid wrote this, you can tell by how he spams the newest FotM buzzwords.
I found streaming to be hassle, there are still sites that buffer mid episode
I've leeched off a friend's CR account for 4 years already, profiles were a godsent
I do wonder if the likes of direct download websites still exist or not? you know like hi10 or animeout or maybe some newer generation websites?
None of this is even true
im on a few private trackers and its absolutely true. You can download something as soon as it gets uploaded and you will barely get any ratio. Plus you have to do gay shit like irc interviews or sucking dick on discord to get an invite. I dont mind seeding, I seed 24/7 but everything i have ever downloaded from a private tracker has not seeded like at all after it finishes. Meanwhile on public trackers I have like 69 TB uploaded by leaving things seeding. The easiest way to keep a ratio on private trackers is to do bonus point autism which the sites heavily try to get you to donate to speed up acquiring points
the site that replaced horribelsubs has XDCC
well XDCC isn't exactly the same is it? i'm talking about the website that provides link for the anime you want to directly download
The main one I know of is TokyoInsider. There's some other listed in everythingmoe com look for "DLL" but I haven't checked them. Don't use them myself.
gay shit like irc interviews or sucking dick on discord to get an invite
should've got in earlier b4 discord when they were first starting up noob
I saw some DDL sites getting accused of sneaking in malware and after that I stayed away. Torrents are easier and faster anyway.
I XDCC it like a true patrician.
This. I love freeloading.
paying
Not a chance.
i stopped using xdcc because for some reason the files dont get picked up on my plex server. torrented files always get recognized
There are even sites that reupload every torrented anime on ddl automatically.
thepiratebay
people still use that? its full of malware now
paying
lmao
i found XDCC to be a hassle because it's much slower than torrent and i think you can only download 1 episode at a time instead of batches.
while we're at it, after being told by a friend to give up qbittorent for Transmission, I ended up having a faster download rate in Transmission compared to qbit. 1.5mbps somehow is the upper limit I got from qbit but with Transmission I can go even higher than 3mbps. I never set any limit in qbit either
i think you can only download 1 episode at a time
you can do 3 at a time
download 1 episode at a time instead of batches
Use a client with xdcc queue manager
I pirate animes, books, music, videos and games, I don't give my money for trannies
I pirate animes, books, music, videos and games
im calling the police
Go back to Anon Babble, ESL.
no?
i don't think magnet is the reason but I do think my laptop already slowed down its booting even though I only bought mine a year ago so I ended up scanning stuff with Malwarebytes. turns out bittorent PUP shites are still hanging around in my laptop even though I already uninstalled it months ago.
bruh
I don't watch anime anymore, I just read manga
nyaa gives me link error when I try to use the search function
catppuccin theme user

I'm too lazy these days to torrent anime and physically transfer it over to my TV with a USB. I used to be hardcore with it creating custom icons with photoshop for all my shows and stuff but that was all on NEET time. I just have enough energy to stream through [REDACTED] and buy the blurays if I liked a show enough. If Crunchyroll keeps fucking around and trying to peddle 13 episode blurays for $80 I'm gonna have to stop.
and physically transfer it over to my TV with a USB
there are so many solutions for this you fatass
I don't see the appeal in setting up a plex server, especially if they're going to become jewish and start slowly charging for things that were previously free.
Did you sankyuu your favorite uploader today, Anon Babble?
i would if nyaa would let me make an account
i did it to share my pirated kino with the homies.
start slowly charging for things that were previously free.
i paid the lifetime tax when it was on sale. now i never have to pay again and any bullshit they do going forward doesnt affect me
It's fine that it works for you but you say it like transferring files to external hds isn't extra work/cumbersome. I have a legacy computer that freezes when trying to do it.
YES I torrent my animoids and NO I do not seed!
and NO I do not seed!
controversial yet brave
I mean yeah most people are retarded or couldn't
Yup, since 2009
Cucks these days gladly eat the shit shoveled down their throats by (((streaming services))) however
newfags don't even know about coalgirls anymore, the absolute state of Anon Babble
Where do I get manga (other than nyaa)?
Faggot
I download/screen record them off sites and store them on an external hard drive.
'Tism. I "collect" things and must have them. I will own it and be happy.
Anon... have you noticed that your computer takes longer to boot up yet?
No? What does that have to do with magnet links?
surely except the anime is really good, you won't watch that thing anymore so what's the point of hoarding it so much instead of just deleting it
I pay for things like streaming services and blurays because I'm not a piece of shit pirate who disrespects the people who make the things I claim to love
ok, enjoy your shit quality and ads
Nigger I'm PROUD of being a "piece of shit pirate" and I look down on cucks like you.
I hope streaming services get a price hike as well.
screen record them off sites
You retard.
I think you need to open your ports to seed. Anyways, I kinda agree, but I also understand the merits and why private trackers are the way they are, it's what make them good. But I usually just buy myself in with a nice and buffered account with tons of ratio and points
b-b-but
don't care lel
Have to. Mostly for older things that are harder to find in HD.
Set up the recorder, put in when to stop, go back to playing a game or something.
I think you need to open your ports to seed.
i did. still barely any seeding occurring. I just keep my accounts in case i need something but i download 90% of shit i grab from public trackers. its all there and i seed big time. sharing is caring
I use a shady streaming site with an ad blocker, if it's something I really like and it's earned its hard drive space that ill probably wanna rewatch during my months without internet I'll torrent it.
May you find a kindhearted anon to liberate you from ignorance.
Because I want to keep it. If I don't plan on keeping it then why torrent it?
imagine believing browsing this shithole for over a decade is something to be proud of though
lmao, you mad? cope, tranny, I'm not giving my money to you, kys by the way
I download every show every season regardless of if I'm watching or not. I have nearly everything from 2010 until now and some older stuff. I demux out any non JP audio and any non EN/UND subs. Last I checked I'm sitting around 26TB worth of anime. I'm due for another drive since one of them is basically full. I've been hoarding for almost 10 years now. I probably won't ever watch all the shows but they're there and once you start hoarding media it's kinda hard to stop. I keep everything stored on Seagate Exos drives which are on Oyen Digital USB C enclosures for portability. I also have a drive that's use for currently airing stuff and some past season shows. Once a season is over, or 2-3 season, i move everything to it's respective drive (A-N, O-Z etc) and the drives go back into the closet. I sometimes move full letters to another drive to make room but since both are pretty close to full I'm going to have to buy another eventually. It's super easy too thanks to RSS so it's basically no work. I would pull out the drives and show everything but I'm away for work now.
pay
good joke, anon
I also torrent my toku shows
KYOURYU SENTAI! ZYURANGER!
I just recently built an NAS and have 35TB of storage so thankfully I don't need to constantly delete stuff I download anymore. I'll have to learn to update my copies of things if I download a seasonal series as it's airing but I don't watch ongoing anime much as it shouldn't be a common problem. I still have the ongoing releases of the new Monogatari season though.
paying for things instead of stealing them makes you a cuck
I understand that you're poor and have no morals, but at least find a better way of coping than to "look down" on the people who actually contribute to society. It's embarrassing.
Nice. What operating system?
download every show every season regardless of if I'm watching or not. I have nearly everything from 2010 until now and
Why?
TrueNAS. It's been a pain in the ass since it doesn't support my mobo's ethernet plug, and won't keep the drivers that fix it installed so if I reboot the computer I need to reinstall the drivers. I need to see if I can find just a simple ethernet plugin I can use with my mobo to get around that.
I literally have $100,000 in my bank account
pay? also
downloading dumb chinese cartoons
ishiggydydiggydy
I'm new to all this so I just use Linux because I prefer to have a regular os/GUI. I hear people say you should use BSD or truenas or even things like docker but I don't know how to use any of that shit so I just run on bare metal and have the files on that computer
TrueNAS is definitely better than using Windows for it. Prior to this I was sharing folders using Windows from my desktop computer and it was a pain in the ass to setup and seemed much less stable than what I currently have. TrueNAS definitely has some helpful features, and is probably more lightweight than a full OS. I'm sure a Linux build is still better than Windows though. TrueNAS has its own HDD formatting that gives some benefits along with a built in RAID-like setup and a lot of tools specifically for large storage. I'm new to it too honestly.
Don't forget to blame Daiz
nta, been using ComicK recently
Then don't hoard? Seed then delete. Anime looks crunchy on 3rd party streaming sites.
kek as if any streaming service gives anything more than a pittance to the anime.
not using jellyfin
Christ bunch of newfags in this thread
No, i stream everything and buy manga. Apart from perverted stuff that objectives woman. I don't want to support that stuff and vote with my money for it to disappear.
Would you pirate the stuff that objectifies them though
proud of being a thief
Stop being poor
Jellyfin isn't as good. I tried it and immediately went back to plex
Is that supposed to be impressive?
im talking about people who need like 30TB storage or some shit like that
