It makes sense that the Mujicas might do a mini-tour in the Scandis, given their in-universe popularity and the prevalence of metal festivals there. The most I could conceive the MyGOs doing is going to one of them for some special event like Guam in the one movie. Instead of "...Why were the Morfs invited?", we can go "...Why were the MyGOs invited?"

Amoris is two-fold, I think. Going by the doll lore from before the anime it also involves her aspirations to become famous and the center of attention, and she lost that drive after meeting Mortis and leaving Mujica, she didn't really want to come back but had to, so there are some mixed feelings in the bunch.
Her problems are eventually going to catch up with her again, she's just ignoring them for as long as she can by doing what she likes with the people she made a promise to.

The Togawa shit is important to two of the characters but a lot of it is removed enough from the core of the show because of their lack of agency that showing it would be mostly a waste of time.
If they had more time I would rather see one or two more music performances or more doll autism in the earlier episodes before the band broke up than giving detailed backgrounds to one-off side-characters to give depth to supporting characters that have less than 5 minutes of total screen time..

This is Ave Mujica's major issue: the inability to balance the cast and relate them to conflicts. Mutsumi's drama turned it into the Mutsumi show which kicked Uika, Umiri, and Nyamu out. Somehow Umiri felt more plot relevant to it than Nyamu despite Nyamu's obsession with the girl. Then Uika's drama is so far removed from the band that we get 2 episodes of nothing but Uika and Sakiko.
I often felt like Ave Mujica needed another pass of editing. It's like a rough draft with great ideas that aren't quite blended together yet.
Granted, MyGo equally had issues balancing the cast but then the opposite happened: it couldn't bring Taki and Raana's personal drama to the story so it barely tried.
