I think it hits harder where Luffy is doing the whip move and it's trying to hard to follow Kizaru. Not all of it is bad, but remember in wano, where they zoom in on Kaido and they were just zooming in and out of his face when he is doing something and was just too much for any reaction or attack. It was just too much.

The time skip training was a waste of everyone's time. Sanji made as far as punk hazard before becoming fodder. Zoro topped out at Dressrosa and Luffy needed asspulls and plot armor to make it past Katakuri.
