There are previous scenes like in the first G5 fight where the movements are too jarring or fast. But here you can see everything happen.
They fumbled on how to animate G5 at the start IMO but this was amazing.

I only recall Solo Levelling doing it during one section of the Ant King fight. It's not preferable to good crisp fighting, but it still had direction, impact, and appropriate music/SE. Luffy vs Kizaru is magnitudes worse with how directionless it was.

As long as it's the same guys who did Lucci vs Luffy, we'll be fine. I don't know if it comes down to the animators or the director, but only a few people there know how to actually put out something fun. LvL was by no means perfect, but I could be comfortable rewaching it any time. On the other hand, I don't want to see this dumb schizo shit again.
One piece has the most consistent Sakuga of a yearly show at the moment. This manly has to do with animator's wanting to work there because they have the best scheduling and time off.
