I still remember the sheer panic when it was revealed we would be spending multiple months of just Ohma using these characters as "training", people were begging on their hands and knees to skip it to no avail. I don't think we can get more dull than this.

I can't believe we've come to a point where even the RCT is preferable. We can't sink even lower than this, right? Right? Even Koga getting beaten up by Raian sounds like a godsend compared to that.

At least RCT had something to discuss. Five night at Ohma is just to humiliate Purg (plus Nitoku, he wasn't in Sandro's precious Asura so fuck him btw) and wank FOTS. Showing how Ohma improved himself? He did literally nothing new aside from Niko styling out of every situation

There's not much to discuss anymore. The plot has been complete shit for so long that it's pointless to discuss what Sandro is thinking and how the story could be improved. We've also pretty much figured out Sandro's writing conventions, so nothing surprising happens, except when it is even dumber than what we hoped for. It's just overall dull and uninteresting, which is not conductive to discussion. Then there is also the thread quality itself falling with the occasional anons baiting for lazy (You)s and the few vitriolic posters that attack others for not hating the series enough.

I liked Ashura because you didn't know who was going to win the tournament. The Worm fights are lame because you know Worm will lose because they'd murder the heroes if they won.

We already know that the next couple of chapters are Kure + Koga Stu wank
There aren't even any stakes whatsoever because the Kures decided to use toy weapons.
Despite Raian joining in there's zero (0) chance he'll maul them like he did with Rihito in Ashura.
There's nothing to look forward to.

Does anyone know if they do corrections or revisions for volume releases? I am mainly curious if they added in the page that was deleted from the drafts in which Luohan said something to Joji, or will Shen's schizophrenic episode of attacking Luohan for something he didn't do be forever canon.

Ohma chapters just suck since him winning is a foregone conclusion. Ohma is also among the strongest so he doesn't encounter any difficulty. He just punches harder or pull out a new technique that let's him overpower his foes.

There's literally nothing to talk about. There's no hope of anything interesting or even funny happening next week. We've long since "scaled the wall" of being so bad it's good, or at least funny to shitpost about. What's left is pure mindnumbing banality, the most predictable, painfully dull bullshit week after week. The same cliches, the same characters sucking each other off and calling each other awesome, the same humiliation rituals for the villains as they shit themselves in panic, the same Kenganvenger win trading.
Not even Gilbert busting through the wall like the koolaid man this week would restore any kind of excitement, even morbid excitement, because we've pre-initiatived his downfall and death literal years in advance, beat by beat of the fight, and the conclusion of "I SEE... SO IT WAS YOU ALL ALONG, YOU ARE THE TRUE REINCARNATION OF WU HEI HIMSELF RAIAN-SAMA, AAAAAAAIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEE"

I like how Gilbert gets mentioned every thread while everyone has just utterly given up on Luohan and Tiger Niko.

Gilbert is an inherently comedic character, so despite us knowing exactly how his fight with Raian will go, it's likely he'll at least provide a few laughs.
Tiger Niko died in the fight with Kiryu in relevance/hype, no matter how much LE LOWERED GUARD cope Sandro gives him, or how many principles he pirates.
Luohan is a mix of both. He was a dead end from the start as any kind of final boss, his intro was us explicitly being told by the narrator how he sucks compared to Shen and then him getting slapped across a parking lot by Shen for something that didn't happen. Also like Gilbert, we know exactly how he's going out(screaming on the ground going "AAAAAIIIIEEEEE THIS CANT BE POSSIBLE, I WAS MEANT TO BE A GOD, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO", while nearby Shen says something Sandro thinks is profound)
