I've read this manga, almost 200 chapters in 2-3 days. Here's my two cents on the theories.
Yoru wants to use the nukes, plunge the world into an endless killing spree where if death gets eaten and thus forgotten, people aren't that afraid of dying and fighting just for the sake of it. It is already heavily implied with Yoru showing to Denji some chapters ago on how a Devil actually has fun and her fun was just killing and destruction. I think that's her plan and that's what Asa is terrified to say to Denji. Yoru also probably wants to use Denji as his own weapon, she just wants him on this side of unending destruction if she actually gets to her goal.
Now on Death's reveal, very cool and I think her plan to plunge the world into darkness it's just a ploy to put everyone in a such terror status where they'd be wishing for the sweet release of death. But imo the biggest elephant in the room. What's the deal with Fumiko? She just survived fine without having a single organ in her just like Death's.

Felt like a chore getting here but we're finally getting Part 2's Control Devil arc (or thereabouts), though it seems we're getting a reverse of this Horseman's motivations coming first so I guess we'll get our revelations regarding their involvement with the protagonist later (I reread 98, noticed the birds, and fully on board with the theory of Death orchestrating things behind the scenes).
The art as always took away from what could've been great panels. Kigger and Fakesaw being thralls feels like deathflags but hopefully I'm wrong.

I mean yeah, we already knew that. However, if Asa says Yoru plan is worse than humanity's extinction then that means nukes aren't the real problem. Nukes = humanity's extinction by the nature of nuclear warfare, meaning since Asa's in the knowhow it means Yoru's planning something worse.
From Asa's perspective it can only be something tied to personal morality: either she wants to have Asa's body impregnated and weaponize the babies, or she wants to force humans into an endless circle of pain where they can never die because death is erased. Or how about both.
