the student council members consist of the best of the best, with no regard for which departments they hail from.

acting as the figurehead of the school is a singular person, someone whose status equals that of us "Three Emperors"...

Himemiya Yui.
Though she is only a second-year, they say she has already surpassed most of her predecessors in terms of ability.

I was wondering when they'd bring up the department badges. Seemed like an odd detail to include from the start without drawing any attention to it.
I'm also happy that it's getting a somewhat positive reception. It'll be interesting to see how it holds out against Kanokari s4, Bisque Doll s2, and Cuckoos s2...
