Did something happen to Araki when he made part 10?

Genuinely why was Part 10 both so different and moody compared to the rest of JoJo's? Fuck even some of the little things about it just make it seem like Araki didn't write it the same way he did for parts 1-9, if it wasn't for his character's talking the same way they have since JoJolion i wouldn't believe he made it.

Main character is named JoJo, just JoJo

Part starts right where part 9 ends

There is like 6 Stand battles throughout the entire part and half of them only go for 1-2 chapters

JoJo is alone most of the time, Yuki is barely a Jobro and fucks off for 20 chapters

Acca of all characters returns from Part 9 and is the closest thing JoJo has to a companion outside her sister

Part is the shortest in the new universe, including part 11 and that's not even done yet

I will say everything about the three Joestar saints was Kino. I would be lying if i didn't enjoy JoJoage but i really want to know why it was so different from the rest of JoJo?

I feel like that this was meant to be some kind of long epilogue for Part 9, but he decided to make it a bigger story after Yuki's departure. Part 9's final arc and JoJoAge pretty much share the same themes, not to mention it being a direct sequel with Howler searching for Johnny's daughter's descendant in Mexico at Dragona's request. Controversial opinion, but I enjoyed the heavier focus on JoJo's shenanigans than on the "fights", if you can call them like this.

Leaving the story with nothing but JoJo's mental problems and Acca didn't help. Araki really should have set up everything with the Corpses earlier, that or have Yuki actually be important

So was Prince a Saint? He didn't come back to life during the Red Balloons arc but it was implied that he was something special when Ronny called him the Requiem Corpse
