I'm losing vision so I'm forced to become a dub-only. But going back to the 80s and 90s' mecha and/or seinen has been interesting eg. Gundam 0079, Ninja Scroll etc. The dubs are enjoyable. Besides, I drop titles if I can't get into the VA performances even for Japanese audio.

Anime dubs will always be trash because the people they have doing that shit are trash. English voice acting can be good. Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks, etc. They all have great voice acting, but they also have real actors doing the voice acting. And since they're actually professional actors, they can produce actually great voice acting as well.

Anime outside of Ghibli movies will never receive this kind of treatment, because companies like Funimation don't have the money to do that. That's why you can always find the same five people in dubs from faggots like Sean Schemmel and Christopher Sabat to rejected actors like Johnny Yong "Power Rangers" Bosch and one-trick ponies like Bryce Papenbrook.

Also, original voice acting tends to be superior not just in the case of anime but everything else as well. Ever watch dubbed Chinese martial arts movies? Comically poor voice acting. Ever watch foreign dubs of American shows? Hilarious.
