You know how a series goes on for so long it goes to a point where the creator(s) just feel like fucking around and eventually it goes full schizo? Jojolion is the essence of that. It helps that it's a Morioh part which is where Araki feels most comfortable dumping his gimmick stand ideas and supernatural concepts since it's very laidback and not to be taken as seriously as other parts. Easily the most unusual Jojo.

I personally think Jojolion is fine not favorite and I do get bored at times while reading it but I think it lacks those hype moments from previous parts. Though I do think the calamity arc will revive interest if all the other more praised arcs don't.
