Precure

It's Komugi's birthday wan

Happy birthday Wan!

Dogs are food

Sorry I was at the gym.
But both of those you linked were me. If there is a meme name its probably because I aped the image from another anon. I'm too lazy to crop half these. Hats off to the anon that makes the rares.

Cute Mugi

Komugi is the one pink I will never have an impure thought about. The scene in the New Years episode where she shielded Yuki from the snakes was peak adorbs.

I'm the opposite and I'm constantly having lewd thoughts about her.

That guy who was lewding Komugi on 5ch before Wonderful airing was a visionary

Take me back to those Wonderful days...

Not to stir the hornet's nest of PO shitposting but what other magical girl shows do you guys like?

Choose your fate

Kyun Kyun should have been a yellow cure.

I like her purple

Magic Knight Rayearth was the first non-dubbed anime I ever watched and I still have fond memories of it.
The little I've seen of Ojamajo Doremi is very cute.
For late night magical girl stuff, I like Madoka (which it took me a shamefully long time to get around to watching) and I'm slightly obsessed with YuYuYu.

Yellows are no more...

Kyun-Kyun easily

One of them is younger, more traumatised, and maybe even more retarded than the others. It's an easy choice.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Revolutionary Girl Utena, and Card Captor Sakura are what I personally consider classics that should be tried by every magical girl fan (haven't quite gotten to Sailor Moon, Doremi, and quite a few other commonly referred to classics yet). A childhood favorite of mine that I still adore to this day is Akazukin Chacha; it's less of a "must watch", but I love it a lot too.
Gushing over Magical Girls and Magical Witch Punie-chan are pretty fun parodies of magical girl shows. The former is harder to recommend because of how lewd it is, but both shows are memorable.
I also love Symphogear and Nanoha, especially Nanoha A's, but they appeal more to the part of me that's a Anon Babblefag.

You're sick

Based.

Kyun Kyun should have been a pink and main character but they don't have the balls to give a protagonist actual struggles and depth and insecurities about being a cure.

Can we throw the gross poster out?

It's funny how the purple is literally named Heart, but someone else in the season has the symbol for the pink heart. If anything, Cure Kyun-Kyun would be a more appropriate name for the pink heart Cure than the purple rain Cure.

they don't have the balls to give a protagonist actual struggles and depth and insecurities about being a cure.

They've done it before.

it's the Precure fan artist who wanted to work on Precure and got to work on Wonderful, cute

Princess Tutu is still my favorite, half the reason I got into Precure because of SatoJun (the other half was to finish the NichiAsa trinity). Outside of that I really like Doremi, Utena, Madoka, Flip Flappers, and Symphogear. Despite generally not liking Trigger I liked Kill la Kill too.

If video games count I'd suggest Blue Reflection. Its knockoff Persona with magical girls. The artist made the Arland series so if you liked Rorona or Totori, you're going to like the art of the games.

As far as anime is concerned, Sailor Moon, Magical Sasami, YuYuYu, Madoka. Arjuna for some deep cuts, and recently saw Urahara which has a really fascinating backstory to its creation.

There's an anime but nobody is going to recommend that over the original stuff. It's worth a try for the incredible OST alone:

She's a dog.

what is this schizobabble?

Sometimes, you just know.

CCS, Princess Tutu, Doremi, and Minky Momo for little girl shows
YuYuYu, Symphogear, Nanoha, and Utena for late night shows

I think he's saying Kokoro should have been the lead.

They all do heart signs as their pose which is weird because it ends up with either Nana's being too similar to Uta's or Kokoro's being too different depending on how you look at them.

The all-phase mixes of the first game's bosses are part of my track lists for the gym. I honestly forgot about the anime since its a fill between the two games, and the art style distracts me so much. Also no fairies which makes me sad.

Kokoro is a more interesting and nuanced character than Uta but by the nature of the show that means she's not allowed to be the lead because even just the premise of her refusing to be a cure at first is incompatible with the structure of the show, but because she remains the more interesting character and the one who's more interesting to explore she ends up taking most of the focus.

yeah, sadly she is stuck in precure so she'll be reduced to saying her catchphrase in every crossover movie and probably will be her last line by episode 50.

Kokoro is a more interesting and nuanced character
