Holy shit, we're going at the speed of light here.
Ranger Reject / Go! Go! Loser Ranger!
new episode has D tripping on a rock be what makes him kill Sousei
it doesn't change the end result but they can fuck right off, why did they make such an integral part of D's resolve come off as comedy while he was sneaking up on him
did something got skipped or i am retard, why green doesn't out yumeko as the betrayer trying to kill other rangers
Some adaptations make that sort of change so main characters can act good and deaths be unavoidable instead of doing what they should have themselves.
Indeed, D struggles enough already and they decide to take away this too? And to make things worse they show Red being absolutely fine in the same episode. Garbage.
Literally skipped a whole ass arc and then some.
shoving the entire IRA arc (about 40 chapters) into the span of 6 episodes
even worse than shoving the entire bailong arc (about 40 chapters) into the span of 8 episodes
what did negi do to piss this director off so much? does he hate yotsuba?
They are skipping all the good parts
This is the last cour this flop gets so might as well adapt as much as they can.
I don't know at this point. They should have waited until the manga finished so they could plan this out better.
wait wtf, I thought this episode was gonna end on D killing Red, they didn’t even get the chance to introduce the teleporting boss monster
How the hell is the story of the Quints so much better written than this convoluted slop?
who the fuck was the id she found, why it made her leave??
was there any foreshadowing her dad was a invader defender?
i got so confused this episode
The manga is a lot better
who the fuck was the id she found, why it made her leave??
that's a spoiler but she gets a gut feeling that makes her want to leave the rangers for good. it's a bit more meaningful in the manga because both green and red squads fight to take out the monsters within the zoo and she nearly dies by one, but in the anime they smash cut to red already taking care of them (also beni's death being meaningless lol)
was there any foreshadowing her dad was a invader defender?
no but it was kind of abrupt in the manga as well, she mentions how she talked with her dad that she was doing ranger work in an earlier episode and how he was proud, maybe because his daughter would finally be exposed to the rangers' true intentions that would eventually make her realize how fucked things are. also helps him potentially get leaked info when she decides to quit
I'm a secondary but wow even I could tell that they're really breezing through some shit here
Also if Usukubo's dad is the head of this Monster Protection Society then it seems pretty obvious that maybe the traitor is the girl who shares his family name
Why did they make D accidentally kill Red?
Come on, man. I wanted to enjoy the dreamy school life arc. I liked it a lot in the manga
Wait... this isn't how it happened in the manga?
Time to pick up the manga because what the fuck is this pacing. Great story though
No. D kills him on purpose. He doesn't trip over a rock and just stabs him from behind normally.
in both the manga and the anime he still for sure plans on killing him right then and there if he has the ability to, but for some reason in the anime they make him trip on a rock to deliver to killing blow
Live
Can't have him be too evil.
I feel like this series could've been really successful if they had adapted it properly. Is it popular in Japan?
Not at all. The 1st chapter was very badly received.
maybe end season 2 on Red getting stabbed
maybe end with monster zoo
NOPE.jpg
I guess I'm happy we'll get Yakushi but damn, this sucks to see the anime speedrunning.
Highly recommended at this point. We just skipped entire chapters this episode, this is wild.
1 episode for the green keeper arc
not even 10 min for the zoo arc
no windy
Oh yeah, I forgot sentaifags hated it. Guess it's over.
I guess the lore of ranger reject was too much for the director.
Actually unhinged that they're so upset by the idea of a more cynical Sentai.
Meanwhile slop like the isekai red ranger gets praised left and right as "genuine."
I love him so much
He just like me fr fr
Can someone tell me what's the significance of pic related, did i miss something?
It's a pretty overdone trope over there and the manga took a long time too get to its point actually being about cynical showbiz.
first season wastes half a cour on a gay ass parking lot arc
second season wastes half a cour on a gay ass school arc
as soon as interesting stuff starts happening they just blast through it at light speed
What the fuck is this pacing?
it was an accident.
Holy shit. These people are retarded.
At least I'll always have episode one and S1 OP and ED.
Goodbye forever anime. You fucked it all up
Fuck D
i guess i can hope they blow their budget load on three way battle stuff, that's really the only thing i'm looking forward to at this point
Anime original ending incoming, are you prepared guys?
unironically this is the only thing that makes sense, there's no way in hell they see an anime continuation as being worthwhile if they're going to put the most popular arc hands down into a 6-episode crunch
never getting to punished akabane
they'd do him too dirty to be appreciated anyways
I said it once before, and I'll say it again.
Yakushi turns to the screen to face the viewer
He points at everything going on in this anime original ending
Tells the viewer this isn't canon and is clearly inferior to the source material
End on DM shilling the manga
This is too good to actually happen.
Haven't seen isekai red ranger, how is it slop compared to this?
Hisui stop, you're just coworkers
they show red's spergout in the PV after yakushi embarrasses him out for not following the source material like a true fan would
it's also now going to be a metaphor for the manga
God I forgot how much I loved that fucking scene, at least we'll get that in all its glory through this trainwreck.
it's just isekai slop with sentai troupes
If only, that would be so fucking glorious.
I like that he's talking to the writer of the show as he says this.
They skip all experimentation with assassination attempts on Chidori
Softening the edges on D's evilness
I really wanted this to be good, it could have been pretty good, why did they have to rush trough it so hard?
Anybody that wants to know what the hell happened in this episode can read from ch78 to the start of ch85.
comick.io
let me know when the manga is over, Ill read the whole thing all at once.
The guy is just being a whiny faggot about it being received better than the one he likes.
Actually unhinged that they're so upset by the idea of a more cynical Sentai.
You're doing the Madokafag thing where you know fuck-all about the genre and think the series you like is more unique than it is.
NTA but the Japanese did whine about it being different from the usual sentai on release.
Start from where last season ended. Season 2 cut half of the content
Suzukiri...
Only way to save the anime
even more so after watching the anime
too much lore getting cut out
It's funny because I thought it was a fun gag at first, but the way this anime has been going I've quickly fallen down the hole of feeling like Yakushi through and through.
include anime-exclusive scenes of Red dealing with the lead up to monster zoo
the events of monster zoo last a total of maybe 6 minutes in this episode
it got completely gutted of anything that made the mini-arc interesting to instead be "welp red squadron took care of everything before you even arrived green squad haha useless squad as usual"
then what was the FUCKING POINT
Well that was anticlimatic, also, I'm officially lost, not even going to try to understand the events of this episode.
