Josuke fires a secret bubble from his star birthmark every time he releases a normal bubble

These secret bubbles are actually thin strings of an unknown substance which spin in two directions simultaneously incredibly fast so they effectively form a spherical area

These strings are so thin they approach non-existant (so they're as thin as...subatomic particles? or something?)

Because of this they do not "exist" in this physical world the way everything else does

Because they do not "exist" they can pass right through objects, and do not follow the same "logic" of the world that WoU manipulates to protect Tooru and cause shit to kill people

But also they can totally still hit their targets and send Tooru flying with his guts blown out despite phasing through stuff, and one of Rai's clues was how one blew a hole in something it hit earlier

did araki read some fucking popscience book and hear about quantum tunelling and Heisenberg's indeterminacy principle and just spew out this schizobabble based on it?

even worse than that the repeated monologue from the last few chapters had stuff he simply did not say while dying in it so he's literally doing it from beyond the grave the way characters will sometimes appear as a spirit dramatically except he doesn't even show up, he just keeps ranting

I also thought her relationship with Jousuke was more developed, but the only cute moment I can remember was their short date at the beginning of Love Love Deluxe, other than that Josuke just asks her to do stuff for him and Yasuho in turns just let her stand do that for her.
I liked her relationship with Tooru better until Araki had to reveal he was fucking with Yasuho since she was a little girl.

Didn't help that Araki took a couple breaks during WoU so we were stuck in this shit for more than two full years to get to Kaato showing up last volume. I might be misremembering but I think they lined up so that Josuke was in that fucking chair for almost a full year in particular.

NTA but I haven't read or watched AOT since the final chapter was released and heard they changed parts of it. Did the changes make it considered good now because I remember on release it was pretty negatively viewed due to partly how Eren and Armin acted. There was also a lot of discontent with the final arc in general since people really wanted Eren to go the whole way and basically hated the AoT "avengers". Also how the founder girl's motive that she was in love with the king which was very weird especially with how it tied into Eren and Mikasa relationship. I was sorta unsatisfied with it personally so I disconnected from the franchise but I didn't think it was terrible( outside the founder girl motive which I thought was terrible) since I know the author was put in a tough spot and obviously complete global genocide was not going to happen.

The translation most people read was bad, little changes were made in the manga with the volume release which changed things a little but didn't effect the infamous Eren/Armin conversation which is what most had problems with. Anime cleaned up the dialogue in that scene. Armin got angrier at Eren about the genocide, Eren said that his plan wasn't rational and that he kinda just felt like doing it. His motivations were just clearer to the point where anime-only fans almost universally LOVED the ending. If you wanted stoic, badass Eren like a large sect of the fanbase then it didn't address that but I personally never saw him as that sorta character.

Dio Brando (Not DIO)

I gave you the benefit of the doubt and assumed bait because I didn't expect anyone could be this retarded. I like Dio's World and Stardust Crusaders as a whole. I think DIO is very cool in his element. But that doesn't change the fact that DIO is the one that has no motive, no presence and no direct relation to the main cast. He's just a last boss that exists to be a last boss. The so-called "fate of the Joestars to fight DIO" is not characterization. The entire impetus for all of part 3 is DIO awakening his stand causing Holly to be harmed by pure accident. He doesn't care about Holly at all, takes no proactive actions, and is purely reactionary to the Crusaders as in "Well if you're coming to kill me I'll at least dispatch stand users to defend myself." There's no possible way anyone with a brain can suggest Dio Brando, the one who regularly interacts with Jonathan, regularly shows readers his internal monologue, regularly appears on page throughout the entire part, regularly expresses emotions other than "reee I'm angry at you for trying to stop me!" and is shown as having some semblance of a motive (I'm poor and mistreated, my mommy died, my daddy was mean, etc.) has worse characterization than DIO. DIO is a guy waiting in his mansion for 150 chapters who delivers one villain speech to Polnareff at the end. He works very well as "scary figure in the shadows", but this is paper-thin in terms of characterization.
In this vein, Diavolo is closer to DIO than he is to Dio Brando. He's a largely passive presence in the part. To his credit he does confront a main character much sooner than DIO, but he has virtually no characterization beyond "leave me alone" which is far below Dio Brando. All three (Dio Brando, DIO, Diavolo) want to rule the world (by trascending humanity and ruling as a vampire, ruling with The World, and ruling with King Crimson respectively). However, Dio Brando is the only one with more characterization than that.

I didn't care for stoic Eren and him sorta hiding behind that personality to achieve his plan makes sense. I'm glad Armin was changed from thanking him for what he's done to being mad at Eren. Obviously I'm sure it can be argued that the paths or whatever told eren that killing 80% of the world creates the optimal outcome so my issue is more so with author then the character on that end. Still the whole founder girl shit was my main gripe so that not changing yet it being universally praised is surprising. I'm guessing either people don't care about that part so it's ignored or I'm misinterpreting it terribly.

Part 7 isn't exactly Dio's influence instead Diego but I'll count that as dio's influence.

It's a stand that could easily have been a jobro's stand with how versatile but not overpowered it is. While it did get a decent showing I still feel like it was wasted due to how much I like it.

Soft & Wet - A good introductory arc to the story and characters with an interesting premise
California King Bed - Boring and overall a waste of time. Great Masturbation material though.
Paisley Park/Born This Way - Good, fun chase sequence arc even if it's the start of the automatic stand battles issue that plagues Jojolion
Shakedown Road - Good arc that focuses on a great dynamic between Josuke and Joshu and gives an interesting look into Johnny after SBR.
Paper Moon Deception - Terrible. Disregarding the nonstop suffering and rape Yasuho is put through for almost no reason, it introduces Tsurugi as a PoS antagonist which is bad because he ends up being one of the emotional crux's of the story for some of the characters
I am a Rock - Good introduction to Rock Humans, boring first half where characters lose IQ before remembering they have stands.
It's a Summer Vacation Everyday/Beetle Tendency - Kino. Jobin really shakes things up as a major antagonist and the Beetle fight was great.
Doobie Wah - Bad. Not terribly offensive or anything just suffers from more of "AN AUTOMATIC STAND IS TRACKING US!!!!! WE MUST RUN AWAY!"
Love Love Deluxe - Alright. Karera was a fun character (mostly because she's barely in the story I suppose) and the fight with the twins was short and sweet with some neat moments.
Vitamin C & Killer Queen - Arguably one of the best arcs in Jojo as a whole. The only downside is Kira and Josefumi were vastly more engaging to follow and root for than any of the other characters in Part 8.

Milagro Man - Fun mini arc. Short and sweet. No real issues with this one.
Blue Lagoon - Boring. Starts off great and full of tense moments but putters out very very quickly and runs into a repetitive nature with Josuke acting low IQ again and forgetting he has a stand in order to ensure the arc happens.
Urban Guerilla - Alright. You either like Rai or hate him. I like him. He's a funnier asshole than Joshu. The fight was fun and unique too, even if I find the rock animal idea retarded
Ozone Baby - Decent arc. It was entertaining to follow the big brain plans by Jobin and Poor Tom was a funny little shit.
Doctor Wu - Alright. I uh...don't really have much to say. Mitsuba is neat (hot), and Wu had some funny lines. It was okay.
Wonder of U - Starts of amazing. Absolute kino. imo this arc was full of great mystery and suspense and hit all the right marks.....and then Jobin and Rai dies and it immediately takes a sharp fucking nosedive into garbage shit with character assassinations, retarded motives, characters trying to bullshit their way into explaining the plot. It really tests the patience of a lot of readers and was a very very poor way of ending JoJolion. I like Tooru.
Radio Ga Ga - A fine arc in a vacuum. There's nothing really wrong with it, it's a fun read. Unfortunately it comes at the very end of JoJolion and doesn't do anything to alleviate the flaws of Part 8 as most people coped it would. The ending itself is whatever. Josuke not talking to his mother is retarded, Holly not being healed, "pick out a cake Josuke!" it pisses me off just thinking about it.
Overall JoJolion had a lot of good shit in it, but it also has some of the lowest points of the franchise mixed in there and even an anime adaption wouldn't really be able to fix the story. There's probably fanfics out there with a more coherent story than what we actually got.

Fun Fun Fun completely changes because Yasuho wouldn't run off when seeing the photo album, since Ojiro wouldn't be able to pose as Femsuke.
California King Bed might not even happen because Daiya isn't a lesbian as far as we know.
Born This Way is basically the same.
Shakedown Road would be a little different because Joshuu would definitely be simping for the naive naked woman who Yasuho dug out of the ground.
Paper Moon is mostly the same, but there'd probably be a joke when Joshuu pulls his pants down and Yasuho (who thinks this is Femsuke) is freaked out at the sight of an unexpected penis.
I Am A Rock is the same.
Beetle Tendency is probably the same but Joshuu would have an easier time cheering for Femsuke.
Everything Doobie Wah onward is pretty much the same, save for any potential butterfly effect coming from Joshuu being Femsuke's beta orbiter.

The monthly schedule makes you overlook the fact that some characters don't have enough screentime. Jobin was quite popular back in the day but I doubt it would be the same if people had read it in one go.

Is it strange to say this but I feel like a common issue with Jojo is that it spends to much time on the fights. Less time on fighting would allow more characters to have a greater characterization and presence.

It's honestly really sad seeing someone who was praised for his work, some of which are extremely influential and considered one of the best mangas ever written/drawn to someone that is often regarded with little faith and often half-joking referred to having a stroke to explain his writing and art in Part 8. As someone who wants to write and draw my own series, I fear of having something like that happens to me. That one day, I might have to know when to call it quits with creating the things I feel passionate about, because it won't be any good. It's pretty depressing, thinking about it now...
