Re:Zero is never going to sell well when there's a free WN that includes everything in the LN and them some, and that also has more frequent updates that means it's fans are ahead of the curve of the LN. Part of the reason Overlord is so popular is that it's WN is irredeemable garbage and you have to read the LN to get anything of quality, while for Re:Zero the WN is arguably superior while also being free
