Some even have intrinsic power-ups like Fire Devil which gains the ability to grant more powerful transformations depending on the number of contracted people.
Contracts in general are obviously a very important source of power for devils.
Another obvious one is the War Devil which gets stronger by creating stronger weapons for itself (same goes for Control devil which can take control of other people's contracts).
