Something tells me he was involved in this only to add Chalia Bull's return (because who else would be autistic enough to remember the villain whose arc got cut because of the anime being canned to 39 eps) and to canonise the design as a de facto official Gundam.

I don't really like the feel of this new gundam, the scope feels too small and the story will feel unimportant like it's just an OVA. MSG, 0083, Z, ZZ, V, G, W, Turn A, 00, AGE, IBO were all the most important events in the world at the time the series happens.
