That's called replicating or adapting the linguistic code-switching. If they just keep it in English, it blends in with the rest of the dialogue, and the point gets lost. Sure, you'd still hear it, but what if you miss the sound? Then you'd lose the narrative meaning.
This show is surprisingly fun. Though i have to say that i large part of my enjoyment comes from HanaKana in the lead role, playing essentially a dumb version of her Psycho Pass character, which is pretty funny.
