It lets you do crazy shit if you're willing to get your hands dirty. In addition to the string stuff, Jolyne actually fights alongside it. However in certain scenarios it could be the weakest. For example let's say you have to fight 1 no-name part 1 zombie/vampire. You could conceivably get injured if you had Stone Free. Meanwhile something like Star Platinum you could all but fall asleep and let the punchghost take the wheel until sunrise.
tl;dr part 6 Dio was right, there is no "weakest" stand and it depends on the circumstances and how you use it.

I sorta agree with dios take but I also disagree because a lot of stands are only good when you have set a trap. Like fun fun fun isn't doing shit unless you are picking the terms of engagement. Basically while any stand can be good when I think of strongest I think most versatile in that they can be very powerful in a multitude of different situations.

Along with this certain stands are objectively the strongest like WoU is by far stronger then any stand that's come before it no question.

In terms of physical stats, it's Gold Experience. Easily. It got manhandled by a long range stand. That's just humiliating.
In terms of overall capability, I think it's November Rain. While its raindrops seem extremely powerful, it also seems to really lack versatility. It's the most rigid Jojo stand we've seen in a series where flexibility is power.

Stands probably form something closer to a tier list. In many cases you could use a stand one or two tiers lower to outskill a higher-tier stand but some matchups are basically impossible.

I really like how Araki portrays and paces Johnny's grief. Feels like so many deaths are over and done with instantly, whereas Johnny's grief takes over for the remainder of the Valentine fight.

Was Pocoloco and Sandman being shafted becuase of the magazine change or something else? They began with so much focus but then disappeared and Sandman died as another mook while Pocoloco winning the race is relegated to a text box.
