I’m a much bigger fan of the pink. They chose the correct Johnny and Gyro colors.
The biggest flaw is that the minor antagonists mostly suck, there are exceptions because some of them are phenomenal but if you like Jojo for the stand of the week style thing then no. But it's an amazing western with actual, three dimensional real character arcs, some of the best manga artwork ever and extremely interesting ideas. SBRverse is a lot deeper than Jojo's basic "le fate" thing, it has actual explainable mechanics that are expanded even further in Jojolion. That's probably my favorite thing about the recent parts.

steel ball run universe is not just an alternate timeline with different character. it has fundamental laws of nature which cannot co-exist in the same canon, equivalent exchange is the binding force of the latest trilogy. stands are an extension of spin rather than ripple. there is no fate.
So far it's good aside from the art which most of the time is like late part 8, the start is also kind of rough, the story improves once the fight against Charming Man starts (chapter 8 I think)

One of my biggest problems with the part 4,5, and 6 adaptions was the music no longer changing. Parts 1,2, and 3 each had soundtracks from completely different composers and in completely different genres. Phantom Blood had cheesy orchestral music, Part 2 was this techno/electronica/dubstep thing, etc. But when part 4 came out it had the exact same music style as part 3, down to outright reusing several tracks. It was disappointing.

Yes, it's the best part and easily Araki's magnum opus. While it isn't perfect and has a few minor pacing issues as well as shafting some supporting character development (Mountain Tim to a lesser degree and Hot Pants specifically) it has an absolutely Elder God Tier main antagonist as well as one of the best character arcs in any medium I've read, let alone manga -- that being Johnny. I hated Johnny in the beginning and he has become not only my favorite JoJo, but one of the best protagonists I've ever read.

The Netflix release schedule is the biggest crime. It destroyed the hype of JoJo Fridays. However, there are some absolutely unforgivable levels of QUALITY in the Stone Ocean anime that makes even Part 4's adaptation look good. A lot of it was fixed for the Blu-ray releases but it still looks terrible.

Great fights. If SBR is a mild retread of Parts 1 and 3 (a little bit of 2 as well) and JJL is a retread of Parts 2 and 4, then The JoJolands is a retread of mostly Part 5 right now. One of my problems with GW is that Giorno ceases to be an interesting character and more like a deus ex machina very early into the Part. The rest of the Part is fantastic though and is my third favorite after SBR and DIU.

I get the feeling that Araki just wanted JJL to end by the Hospital Arc and didn't really know how to do it so he just introduced Tōru and WoU as the last main obstacle to be overcome and he quasi-asspulled the Spin being used in Soft & Wet: Go Beyond. The "main" conflict of the story is resolved I guess, but a lot of plot lines are straight up discarded, which YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO IN A MYSTERY PART, ARAKI. It has the worst ending by far, which is a shame considering how intriguing the premise was for a long time. It's the second-worst part after Phantom Blood imo.

I can get that, but even the color choices are questionable. Like with Stone Ocean, there is an overall feeling of cheapness to the project.
It has a relatively phenomenal main cast, outside of the main villain. Decent thematic exploration throughout the part, artfully woven into the intricate pseudo-science that Araki is infamous for incorporating into his works. On that note, the pseudo-science actually makes relative sense here, mostly because there isn't much that is contradicted by anything else in this part (at least, with regards to the core driving plot device: the "Spin"), which marks it in stark contrast with most, if not all, of Araki's previous works. The story is tightly written, with each character being relatively believable even if most of them are completely uninteresting or unnecessary (similar to LOGH, or what I've seen of it at least, in which most of the cast seems to be expendable, but each member is also decently explored), and few plot points being unnecessary or contradictory.
This isn't always the case, especially since this is Araki we're talking about. I can name a ton of idiotic plot holes and inconsistencies, the most irritating of which (to me, at least) being everything regarding Scary Monsters, but he does relatively well with this part. The world and lore, what little of each actually exist or are shown to us, are fairly fleshed out. Not to any amazing degree, but well enough to put it up to typical JoJo world building standards. Plus, as Araki seems to have proven himself quite capable of doing even in previous parts as well, he's managed to add some surprisingly nice catharsis towards the end of each major plot point and the end of the story as a whole. This is something that he does well, even in the worst of parts (SDC and SO), but in SBR and GW, it's taken to a bit of a new level, as its intertwined with the theme of the story itself in a rather intriguing or artful manner.
SBR has 23% more pages than DiU, which was the longest until then (4290 pages vs 3476). so technically, if they pace it with the same ratio as DiU (that had 39 eps), they could do SBR with the exact same amount of episodes as SC had (48)

Everyone just knows SBR is the best part. We've pretty much known this for years. If you like JoJo, this is as good as it gets. If you don't like JoJo, you might like SBR anyway because it's as good as it gets.
Sure it has flaws, like the weak minor villains, but it's still the best part. Insofar as art is subjective I can't say that as an absolute fact, but it's as absolute as you can really get.
To be totally frank, the only reason I think people go around saying they like other parts better is because I think they're just pompous fart-sniffers who want to seem like they have a more refined opinion than everyone else by virtue of being a contrarian.

I'm feeling fairly hopeful, it seems like it has more budget than Stone Ocean and there's at least a chance for it to not be a batch release for Netflix.
If this is following the pattern of part 5 we could get another announcement this month that will reveal the seiyuu for both and a teaser that isn't representative of the final product.
My biggest fear is the directional quality and episode count, Part 7 is longer than any part that has been adapted so far in term of pages. Also it will most likely be a new staff that hasn't worked on Jojo since everyone but Toshiyuki Katou (Diamond is Unbreakable, Stone Ocean) is available, but that still just one director, Jojo always has 2 directors per Anime.

I don't knos if it's real or not but I saw a few anons saying that for Fire Force, Kodansha actually gave the rights to make a season 3 to Shaft because they wanted a new season immediately and David wasn't able to do it quickly enough, but then Shaft also went into production issues so it was left to David in the end anyway. Point is, they had a much shorter devtime and less budget for this season compared to the previous two.

The interpretation that Pucci was just erased from the timeline, doesn't work because the distinctions between the OGverse and Ireneverse characters are too distant for that.
So, excepting that idea, which I reject, I have none of my own that are larger than exactly what we see. I would propose that you could call the Ireneverse a generally utopic one for the Joestars and their allies, as a reward from Fate. But that is reading in deeper than we have material for.
Araki hasn't said much either way, to my knowledge, other than that Irene and Jolyne share the same soul. Even if their lives are totally different.

It's fate rewarding the righteous souls that saved everyone from Pucci's plan by giving them a second chance where their lives are better because they didn't need to meet in a specific place to oppose Pucci.
Pucci being deleted doesn't explain the majority of the differences between the timelines.
In one of them, Anasui was a born sociopath, in another he's a normal guy.

It's his punishment, he believed he could make everyone know his fate, only to know that he's removed himself from fate in the moments where his actions cause him to lose.

Diavolo could remove himself from Fate too, but his actions were actually entirely part of Fate's general flow, nonetheless - he was the one that killed everyone cursed by Rolling Stones, for example. Pucci had free will in the new timeline, but he still fell within the general bend of Fate towards justice, which is why he doomed himself with his free choices.
Pucci as a major threat to the entire world probably doesn't happen again in the Ireneverse.
Perhaps he never met DIO, and the worst his leftover followers ever got were people like Johngalli, if we even assume parts 1-5 happened normally and they didn't just get overwritten into way more perfect timelines.
But thinking that he was erased during Made in Heaven is based on nothing, he was able to exclude souls from the loops because he controlled the Stand. When he died it had no master. And thinking that his death caused all the divergences is really relying on the butterfly effect to be essentially magical beyond its reasonable scope.
