So, for JJLs to presumably conclude in ten years, we'll have to wait another three years, where soon after JJLs manga ends, we get a anime announcement.

Some people have felt that sort of impotence, the persistent "want" after being set back by life that Johnny is feeling in that scene, and they find it relatable. Johnny isn't an ubermensch giga-specimen like Jonathan / Jotaro / Giorno, so it hits some people harder when he's shown to be at his wits end and still driven like it's the most important thing in the world. It's the sort of thing meant to reaffirm one's humanity and evoke emotion from the reader who may have gone through something similar; I don't know how or why you believe it's a pity party or something to be shut out / walked away from.

Yotsuyu and Damo are the most "Strong willed" Rock humans in Morioh, so their stands are short Range power types but even then their abilities allow them to kill people without actually facing them in a 1v1
Daisho, Poor Tom, and Doromite, have Long range automatic stands, again perfect for disposing of your target without engaging with them
Urban Guerrilla and Tomoki Wu have microscopic stands that are almost impossible to detect until you fall victim of their abilities
"Doctor Wu" specifically seems to either be a stand born from Tomoki's own obsession with his job as a doctor or he ended up obsessing over his job because of his stand
Tooru also has a long range stand who's perfect for killing people without them even knowing who's the attacker, but his stand is also completely under his command instead of being automatic. Lots of horniness and rape, probably the best introduction in the entire series followed by a pretty great first half and a good twist in the middle, lots of gore, a bunch of mysteries that go nowhere, a bunch of characters that get nothing to do, a few interesting little creatures here and there, some decent worldbuilding, some pretty lame Stand abilities, and some of the best NPCs in the series.

Obviously, the one he switches with will receive the damage, lethal or otherwise. This means there are literally infinite universes, within infinite multiverses, within infinite omniverses, so he won't run out of bodies to switch with.
Golden Experience Requiem could work on him, but he'd be switching bodies ad infinitum until he ages to death, or goes batshit insane and An Hero's instead. It's actually not a bad Stand ability if you want to survive every assassination attempt or death, although some deaths are more preferable than an eternity of trial & error to get out of the lethal situation. A nuke detonated literally right next to him is probably one of the very few ways to actually kill him off permanently, because of the fact that human beings can't even think at even near the relativistic speeds of even a lightning striking the ground, unless his Stand switches through trillions upon trillions of bodies within literal nanoseconds just to survive a plasma ball a mile in width, along with the eventual scorching heat energy, and the physical pressures of the explosion, temporary exposure to a vacuum, and of course, radiation, THEN he can survive a nuclear explosion point-blank.

Sorry I'm late, I stayed up all night watching the event. I enjoyed some sections of the events, like Kazuyuki Okitsu playing HftF while the others voice acted the cutscenes, but I do think the pacing dragged really badly at points, such as the favorite episodes. Only getting a 5 second glimpse of a promotional image and no other information was pretty lame, because at least 6's allowed us to meet Fairouz Ai and her thoughts on getting the role.
