As a child of divorced parents, this show really, really bothers me. There are things your parents do when you're growing up, and when you're an adult, look back on your childhood, and learn about how single mothers act in other families (the same way), you realize you were denied a normal childhood. Not really. Their happiness isn't in spending time with each their away from their family, it's in spending time with their family. Of course married people have their "alone time," but they don't act like they're dating.
